I found Dr. Mathew after a prior traumatic dental experience. He is gentle and makes you and his staff laugh every chance he gets. His staff are all so kind and at my latest appointment Lucy gave me a homemade empanada and she was right they were made with love and AMAZING!

I called to ask for help with something and the receptionist was so rude. She was passive aggressive in the way she spoke to me, and acted like I was bothering her when I needed her help. It’s unfortunate, because the front desk sets the tone for the rest of the office.

Wonderful experience as always. Dr Mathew’s team scheduled me in a timely manner for an acute issue. Dr Mathew explained the problem in detail, made a temporary fix, then had me back within 2 weeks to do the final procedure once the needed part came in. Great experience!

Dr Mathew and his staff are amazing. Im a sedation patient and Dr Mathews really understands my fear. I get sedated in order to get my dental work done and if it wasn't for that I'm 100% sure I wouldn't get work done. His staff are so sweet and comforting. It's nice to have a dentist who seems to really care.

The hygienist was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time going over areas of concern that need more care. I appreciated the time she took to explain everything in detail. Dr. Mathew agreed with her assessment and a course of treatment was booked within a week at a time convenient for my schedule. Very professional yet comforting care.

My dental situation and history was rather complex when I started seeing Dr. Mathew. It has made me rather anxious, despondent at times. This has required a multi-step process to get to a satisfactory conclusion.
As usual, I came in with a list of questions and concerns. Dr. Mathew made sure to thoroughly comprehend them, and answer each one in a way I could easily understand. I walked into the appointment on ‘pins and needles’, and walked out with a smile and optimism.

Dr. Mathew and his staff are highly skilled and trained in all areas of general and cosmetic dentistry. I am always amazed that no matter what the procedure and I have had lots (ranging from fillings and extractions to route canals and several implants) I have never experienced the anticipated pain or bleeding, I have come to expect from other dentists. Dr. Mathew, his dental assistants and office staff are friendly, caring accomodating and knowledgeable. Dr. Mathew takes the time necessary, to explain a procedure and often starts the visit with a quick chat, to catch up. I know dental work is costly, but I have found Artisan's prices to be slightly cheaper or closely competitive. My daughters and my dad drive up (30 mins) to be seen. Recently, uninsured...Dr. Mathew still manages to keep me smiling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Artisan Dentistry, Stiles Rd, Salem NH

I am a very happy client of Artisan Dentistry. I have anxiety and dental phobia and they have been great about working with me. I am amazed at the progress that I've personally made when going to the dentist. I'm slowly getting better and not dreading the visits at all! Dr. Mathew is patient, kind and has a sense of humor. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mathew and his entire staff! Dr. Mathew has been our dentist for 15 years and I have been well cared for during my dental procedures. They ensure that I am comfortable, alway concerned that I am not experiencing pain during a procedure. I am a baby when it comes to dental work and I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. I've had extensive crown work done and my teeth look amazing.
