Today was no exception with Claudia A as my service advisor--her kindness made my day. While I declined recommended services, she was not pushy and kindly made sure I was educated on the risks associated with my decision without making me feel pressured. The greatest service department that I have ever been to. BB is awesome, he takes such great care of my auto needs. He had me in and out in record time. I highly recommend Group 1South service department and BB Burk as the best advisor.

I had a great experience at group 1 with Chris, Orlando, robert and Mohammad as soon as I did my application online I received a txt from Chris to start the process everything went smoothly Chris is great he will help in any way he can, these guys made sure everything was going good! As soon as I got to Mohammad he helped so much to keep the numbers how I wanted he was so much help! Thanks to these guys you will have a great and smooth process purchasing at this location!

Additionally, the dealership's technology is outstanding. The entire process from check-in to pickup was seamless. I loved that my information was ready upon arrival, and the automated email updates kept me informed throughout. Their phone system even routes calls directly to your advisor and logs missed calls without needing a voicemail. A+ service!
