Very disappointing experience at Keating Toyota. I called ahead and specifically asked about a Camry LE. Renee Pickens told me they had them in inventory, so I drove all the way to the dealership based on that information, only to arrive and find out that they did not actually have one.

The pricing experience was just as frustrating. The vehicle went from $35,000 to around $43,000 with additonal fees and then to approximately $49,000 total. When I asked Renee to explain the additional fees, she could not clearly tell me what they were for. There was no clear description of the charges, and she seemed unable to explain the additional money. She was just staring at the page. I had to prompt her to go figure it out and she left me waiting a long time while she "spoke with her manager".

Sales staff should be properly trained to accurately communicate inventory and clearly explain every fee being added to a vehicle's price. Transparency is especially important when thousands of dollars are involved.

Unfortunately, Keating Toyota lost a customer who was genuinely prepared to buy a vehicle. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and will be sharing my experience with others who are considering purchasing from Keating Toyota.

I got a red and black 2026 Camry XSE w red interior at Keating Toyota in Manvel. We drove all the way out from Cypress for the deal.

I believe we got a great deal on the car thanks to Rico. Rico was our salesman and he was very personable and kind. He thoroughly explained the ins and outs of the car and we took it for a nice spin. It was a great overall experience and the car is amazing. Thanks to Keating Toyota.

The entire experience from start to finish was about 4 hours which I was happy about. I hear horror stories of how long these things can take. The expedited process was very much appreciated.

It was my husband’s and I first time here at Keating Toyota and I want to say that it was a huge difference between here and other dealerships. Rico was amazing, friendly, forthcoming and was able to get us a great deal. Al Ruiz was also very helpful and patient with us, he explained and answered all of our concerns about our contract and even informed us about features that where in the contract of our RAV4 (that we did not purchase there) I just want to thank yall very much and definitely would be back if i am in need of another car!

Our Salesman listened to what we wanted & went out & found our vehicle. Sales Mgr.s were friendly & worked very hard on our trade pricing. Yesterday, I was able to purchase my first car with the help of Melvin. From the moment we shook hands, I knew Melvin was going to make this a smooth process. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the product, he was also very patient with me and my millions of questions. He never once made me feel rushed or like I was a burden with the fact that I really wanted to take my time. He was very understanding and demonstrated a level of professionalism that was rather impressive throughout the entirety of the process.
