I absolutely would not recommend this place !!!! Myself an my boyfriend got a car here , “2021 Chevy Malibu” to be exact… the car gave us problems with in the 2nd week of having it. Nobody wanted to help us we was just stuck with the car that’s a lemon !! I wouldn’t waste my time nor my money !

I purchased a vehicle from this place and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The car was sold with the check engine light turned off, seemingly manipulated to hide existing issues.

Shortly after the purchase, multiple engine fault codes appeared, which clearly indicates the problems were already present before the sale.

I find this kind of practice dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from here thoroughly inspects the vehicle, brings a scanner or a mechanic, and does not rely solely on what is presented at the time of sale.

My experience was not transparent, and I would not do business with this place again.

Buying our 2016 Chevy Colorado from them.
Last year in the middle of the year he was forced into retirement & Liberty has been AWESOME.
Compassionate, working with us helping us with payments & giving us a heads up before we get wayyy behind.
We will be making our last payments soon. In the beginning, the price was perfect. Now it's gonna be a little more with/ late fees, etc. They r patient & helpful.

I'm gonna say that liberty auto sales has been the best for us. We are behind, but we are making payments.They are happy and satisfied with what we give them, they they have made us feel safe.That as long as we are able to make a couple of small payments like last month. We made like 5 payments between a 100 and a 150. So plus we're not hiding from them. We keep in contact with them. Keep communication open, that's all they asked for.
A bottom line is now less. Hopefully, after the first of the year, maybe in 2026 after i've had a job for a while & saved some money i will be able to purchase my first vehicle at liberty Auto sales.

Stupid situation not because of stepson & pay notified liberty to let them know.They went after the vehicle and the person, and they were able to obtain it.And did not hold him responsible for anything that happened after that.
So personally ourselves me and my husband plus my stepdaughter plus my stepson, we have not had any issues with vehicles.We have bought from them, nor have we had any mishaps.All three of us, or i'm sorry.All four of us have had nothing but good things to say about liberty auto sales.
I would recommend liberty auto sales on west little york to everyone that I know!!

Love those women working in the office. That's just another part being a woman myself being able to go there with the women in the office running the show.Makes me feel more comfortable more confident.

Super rude lady over the phone. Hung up on me to take another call 10 seconds into our call then acted like didn't know when I called back. Many other places to buy a vehicle.

DONT GO HERE! ! My grandpa bought a black ford 2013 and it didn’t last even a month.Made him pay 5000 down with no warranty. They took advantage of my grandpa and took his money.

Don’t buy cars From there. They sell your cars that have transmission and motor problems. They just fix them for you to take them off the lot they make you pay $5000 with no warranty and besides that you have to buy you have to get a Mechanic to fix all the problems.

First impression matters but I don’t think they care. I called to inquire but whoever picked up the phone didn’t introduce themselves right and she was mumbling and talking fast that I had to ask what she said and for her name. Maybe have someone that can introduce themselves by name and actually cares about your reputation working there.
