I was admitted twice during December for was a 3 day stay and second was a 2 day stay with surgery. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was treated very well by everyone (nurses, CNA's, doctors, dietary, housekeeping, surgery staff, radiology staff, endoscopy staff, transport staff, registration, etc. Hospital is very clean. I am from Louisiana and it is almost a 3 hour drive but well worth it to see Dr Banki and use this amazing facility. Thanks for the great care given to me and treating my family well during my stay.

When I was hospitalized, They didn't give me my dinner til 7 or 8 pm while it sat right out side the room I was in. Then I was asked if I wanted it heated, well at this pointvI didn't even want to eat anymore. Another thing is when they know they are going to keep you til hours after the dr.has seen you, while your family member has been waiting all those hours to take you home to find out they had wasted all that time waited and they keep you. My family said they will never take me there again.

This hospital killed my sister!!! They misdiagnosed her and placed her in ICU telling me to place her in hospice. I told dr Moodley to take her off heavy sedation and she might wake up. This doctor got upset with me but did it anyway asking for my POA ( Power of Attorney) and when I showed it the POA I had was rejected. They wouldn’t let me make decisions that were safe but wanted to experiment on her. There were scars on her hands and wrists…blisters on her hands and wrists. After placing the PEG tube in her a few days ago( I refused it) and discovered yesterday my sister vomited up her food and her heart stopped!! I can’t stop crying. They wanted to discharge her a few days before she died and now this. The doctors and nurses are incompetent and neglectful and always on their cell phones. Because of her state I asked for constant monitoring, a tv monitor be left in her room and her door to remain open. They did not do it and I’m left with the hurt and pain!!!

The wait time wasn't long like most. The staff was very friendly. They kept checking on me to see if I was okay while waiting on the Doctor. It hospital was nice and clean.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I am super sad to say that I had THE WORST experience for labor and delivery. If you are a first time mom and considering in delivering here I would run the other way, for being a first time mom and going thru this hospital my experience was HORRIFIC. To start off the staff were not very attentive, and not to friendly.The staff were bothered by questions I had and it seemed like they didn’t even like their job, which is a shocker bc why are you working in this field if you don’t even like it. The building itself was under construction so after I had my baby they were loud drilling right beneath us which startled my newborn. They didn’t even bring any breakfast the next day after I gave birth, after I hadn’t eaten the whole day before (which is understandable since I was delivering)but thankfully I had family bring me and husband food. But PLEASE don’t consider this place to give birth, I really wish someone could have told me before so I wouldn’t had gone to this horrific experience. I cry just thinking of how my experience went as a first time mom in this hospital, very devastated.

I can't believe this hospital has so many bad reviews OMG , i had both my babies there my last baby was recently and i never had any issues 🥴 maybe it depends on the patient attitude . The staff is always so nice and professional i love the nurses there also

Idk about these other reviews but as far as my labor and delivery experience, we had an absolutely amazing experience here! The nurses and staff were so incredibly kind! And tbh the food was great too for it being hospital food. I’ve delivered at clear lake and memorial Hermann and would choose memorial over again. Mallory, Rhonda, Lydia and Katie are some of the nurses that I specifically remember that stood out to my husband and I! Thank yall for making the delivery of our baby girl so wonderful!!
