DON'T TRY TO GO TO THEM. Performed a DELIVERY to them and they didn't inform that they are located in a private area where is supposed to have some kind of permit. After talking to them I still keep receiving notes about Fine and they just ignore me.
PS: The suggestion was to make sure when You make big orders where it is required more time to deliver to your address make a note about this fact. As I delivered to you pallets, not a box, where is required to stay more then 20 mins what the signs show.
Dear Victor
We are sorry that you had trouble delivering to the building. Unfortunately we cannot control the parking regulations in the surrounding area. I believe there are signs indicating specific parking restrictions, and our security/reception team could answer questions at the time of arrival.

Kind regards
Nlyte Team
