This place was awesome, took me in right away and helped alleviate my pain. Nurse Desire’e was so sweet and comforting, she’s amazing. Highly recommend this place.

I came to this er after my first accident. I was greeted by Taneica at the front desk and she helped me immediately. She was able to get my info and helped me when I was confused on the paperwork. I was then brought back by nurse Cindy who was able to take my vitals and helped calm me down on what happened. I was then seen by Dr.Garza who was able to help me understand what happened and the tests needed. Then Dahlia was able to bring me back for my x-ray and ct scans. She made me feel at ease and it was an easy process. Overall the experience was great and smooth. They definitely made my first time in an accident much easier. Thank you all for your help today!

Slammed my knee into the doorframe at a 90 degree angle, after a few hours I decided to go to an ER or urgent care. Upon arriving the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Jones, Nadia, Taneica, and Shasta were amazing, honestly they exceeded any care expectations I had, and it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had over the years going to different ERs. I’ll definitely be back.

My experience here was a very good one ,all staff was very professional 👏. Came in with alot of pain and was taken care of very quickly. Staff would come into to check how I was doing a d if therewas anything I needed!! Thank you to all for your care!!

it’s my second visit here, and the whole staff is very nice and caring, they push for your comfort and are very kind. have snacks and drinks available for you, as well as offer to get you food! i love coming here when i need to, it’s never a miserable experience. :)

All the staff made me feel right at home. The facilities are extremely clean and look brand new. I was relaxed and comfortable. Since I had to stay for an extended time, it was a huge blessing that they ordered me lunch. All in all it was more restful than being at my home. They looked after me and as a Mom of boys, I don’t get much of that at home.

Spring Cypress ER is absolutely fantastic, spotless and sparkling clean !! I have a huge fear of going to hospitals, however this was the best experience I have ever had at an emergency facility. The entire staff is amazing and supper supportive. Vanesa at the front office put me right at ease at the moment I entered the building. The nurse Kristi gave me a shot and I didn’t even feel it, she was so careful and attentive. I have to add I hate needles, just as much as I dislike hospitals. Dr. Adams is an expert in her field, and did a thorough check, she is an excellent doctor and tremendously caring and attentive. I couldn’t have been in better hands, and I don’t think I could have had a better experience at the doctors, and I can’t believe I am saying that. I highly recommend this facility, as I know the entire staff will ensure all is done properly and with care. Thank you for all the care through my unfortunate car accident, it made a world of difference!!!

This was my second visit to this ER, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I would absolutely give them 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency care.
From the moment I arrived, I felt like my concerns were truly heard, taken seriously, and validated. The entire team treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Dr. Adams, Nurse Cindy, ER Tech Jamila, and Michelle in Radiology. Every interaction I had with them was positive, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. They even arranged for me to have food during my visit, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture.
This ER is about 30 minutes from my home, but the quality of care makes the drive completely worth it. I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding treatment I received and wouldn't hesitate to return if I ever needed emergency care again.
