Update - Unfortunately, Camila - the manager, is super snobby, rude, discriminating, condescending and made the visit super rushed and made us feel that we were insignificant customers in her view. She is nothing like Zaid.
She made our whole experience go down the drain. She approved a demo car to us for 48 hours. Her team called us to return the car in 16 hours. When we told them that it was approved for 48 by Camila, they said that it was not entered that way in the system. Then on the day we were supposed to return the car (scheduled for 12pm) , the car did not start/shut down and we could not get it out of our garage at 7am.. Then we were told by the staff that the car was sold to someone and that is why it was deactivated. We were not even given a car key -we could only unlock through the app. My brother in law told me that this is not how they handled it when he did demo drives at the Sugarland location.
Also, Camila refused to give me the Performance Model Y for a 24 hours demo drive, which I requested. Unfortunately, I was working nonstop, and was unable to go for another test drive at the Tesla Galleria as I work 12 hour shifts. This is actually a loss for Tesla as perhaps if I was allowed to demo drive it home, I may have spent the 15K more. Multiple friends who have Tesla told me that they have not faced such discrimination. At the end, the staff had to come and get the car from our garage when we were not even home. It was very stressful to be at work and they come at an unscheduled time to pick up the car and we had to open our garage remotely for them to take it. They also showed up at a random time - did not even schedule a time to pick the car.
I have transitioned from Lexus to Tesla now for mostly the FSD aspect of the car and nothing else (I am praying to God that I will not regret this) and I am worried about the service I have been receiving in terms of the mentioned above poor service as well as of delivery of the car (they have cancelled three times) after we scheduled the delivery date.
This is a far difference from the luxury experience I had with Lexus since 2014.
I am only giving 3 stars because of Zaid or I would give Zero stars- hope he becomes manager soon and cleans up the center and the horrible service there. His positive attitude to his customers are what we would like to see for the face of Tesla, unlike what we have experienced with the manager there as well as the delivery experience.

Zaid is awesome. He was so helpful and gave us a lot of tips during the demo drive. He is very attentive to the customer and patient with questions. He is pleasant and smiling, which this place lacked the last time we came here a year ago. We didn’t feel they wanted our business last time but because of Zaid, will probably go for it. Thank you for all your help.

Zaid at Tesla Galleria is top-tier. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really knows how to take care of his clients. He made everything feel effortless and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you leave satisfied. If you’re going to Tesla, ask for Zaid you won’t regret it.

Had a great experience with a demo drive at this location. G (not sure about the spelling) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave a me a good overview on how to operate everything and showed off some of the full self driving capabilities before handing the vehicle over. I won't go up into the details, but ten minutes into the drive I knew I would be ordering one haha.

My dad and I were walking through the Galleria in Houston with absolutely no plan to stop by the Tesla store. It honestly just happened by chance — and I am really glad it did.
Jonathan was the one who greeted us and he immediately set the tone for the whole experience. Some people in sales feel like they are working through a script. Jonathan did not have that energy at all. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed talking with people.
What stood out to me was the vibe he brought to the interaction. It did not feel like we were being sold anything. It felt more like someone who understood the product and was excited to share it with people who were curious. My dad and I both walked away saying the same thing — that was a great experience.
We did not even walk into the mall thinking about Tesla, but the way Jonathan handled the conversation definitely left a strong impression.
If you stop by the Tesla store at the Houston Galleria, hopefully you run into Jonathan. He represents the brand very well.
