Although I came to the dealership within the published opening hours (30 minutes before closing time) the front doors were closed. There were sales people in the shop but they did only point out that they would not open the doors to let me in. I heard about bad service experiences but could not believe it until today. Tesla is no further option for me when considering buying an electric vehicle.

Was planning to purchase a model 3 today, but when I approached a sales rep and mentioned what I was interested in I got a dismissive "It's over there, I'll get with you later."
30 minutes later, no word from anyone and I see him with someone that came in after I did. I thought Tesla was supposed to have great customer service, but it seems more along the line of fast food drive through.
Edit: I ended up purchasing a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country instead. Especially with the $7,500 EV rebate being discontinued

Wow, that was an amazong experience. I took model Y red colored white interior for a city tour for 30 minutes. The FSD mode is so great, the video contains that portion where the vehicle is driving on it's own. Also, the support staff is great as they helped me in reservation & in smooth process for finding this opportunity. I would like to thank Sam who is great person at Tesla's store in Galleria Mall. I would defintely buy the model Y soon. what an experience , safet comfort & what not😃😃

This Tesla store right next to Macy’s has great customer service👍 there are several Tesla superchargers in the garage below this store, very convenient charging location. 👍 I came in to troubleshoot some Tesla configurations, Jennifer was very knowledgeable and positive about solving the problems. Of course she solved them all👍👏 Love her flower power presence at this busy Tesla store!🥰

Do yourself a favor if you are sensitive and things easily bother you. DO NOT COME HERE you are not treated here like a special buyer or like your purchase is important.Nice Tesla dealership and showroom. Very busy and you will not be pampered or cater to like a Pre Madonna. It’s hello here the car go drive be back an 1 hour and Are you ready to order yes or no. If not goodbye have a good day.( wait you don’t t even get a goodbye) so it may be better to order your Tesla from Home.

I just bought my first Tesla from this location (picked it up in North Houston), and the experience was fantastic! Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to let us test drive a couple of models so I could figure out exactly what I wanted. I was pretty indecisive about the model and color, but he was super patient and worked with me to get a great deal.
We actually forgot to remind him about the referral deal from a friend, but Michael went above and beyond and threw in a free Tesla wall charger for us—such a nice gesture!
I’ve seen some negative reviews about Tesla service centers, but honestly, my experience so far has been great (though I haven’t needed service yet, and hopefully won’t for a while). My takeaway: treat people with kindness, and you’ll likely get the same in return!

If you’re in the market for a new Tesla this location has exceptional customer service, Valentina is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and answering your questions and concerns you may have. I was able to test drive the new model Y and the features were immaculate. They have 3 models on the showroom floor for you to look at and you can test drive as well.

Great experience. Booked a demo test drive of the Tesla Model Y. Had to wait about 10 minutes more, but that was fine because we could explore the Cybertruck in the showroom. Staff were lovely. Family enjoyed the test drive - awesome tech, smooth ride, and the full self driving capabilities are mind blowing. Loved experiencing it first hand. My next car will be a Tesla. If I wish it, it’ll come true!
