Car service is not accommodating to the customer. 3-4 hours and no loaners available. I drive an hour to get service (I bought my car here) and they still don't care that I sit for 3-4 hours.

I understand that cars have more technology and require time, so provide more accomodations for your customers. Cookies and coffee are nice, but the time spent waiting is time wasted.
