My grandfather came here for 6 sessions to help with his sciatica and general muscle pain, Carlos was a great help, really understood his issues and created a treatment plan that allowed him to continue improving his health with longer breaks between appointments. I'm incredibly happy with his bedside manner and he's a great practitioner.

So grateful to the wonderful team here, such level of care demonstrated through all levels of staff. I was seen by team 3, who then asked for me to visit the a&e and offered to follow up with me this week to check if things have gotten better or not and possibly get in touch with my gp.
I wish the nhs was this caring about their patients.

following knee replacement my progress stalled. was told by physio that the pain was in my head. after 1 month of visiting everything has improved including my relationship with my knee, it has been an extremely positive experience

Great diagnose, so good to be heard. It's not in my head, it's my back !
Came in with lower back L3 issue, but turns out scar tissue at my intercostal muscles were a big problem as well.
Great curiosity and skills of students, great reassurance from the Tutor.

The Most Amazing Staff and Treatment, overseen by the Professor, with Amazing results, post shoulder rotator cuff surgery. They gave me back my normal range of motion. I did not even go back for my 2 remaining treatments..I was a little naughty

I can’t recommend highly enough. I have an ongoing problem with lower back pain and muscle spasms for over a decade. I’ve gone to Osteopaths on multiple occasions and this experience is by far and away the best I’ve ever had. The consultation was so detailed and reassuring that I knew I was in safe hands and the treatment that followed was fantastic. I hobbled in at an 90 degree angle and was able to walk out upright, with a full and detailed overview of what had happened, why it happened and how to avoid future incidents. Everyone was 10/10 from start to finish. Simply fantastic set up. Thank you to everyone. You saved my holiday.

Very friendly and professional. The initial questioning took a long time, but I felt they were being thorough rather than slow.
Never felt like I was getting substandard care, because I was treated by a student - if anything they were more meticulous. They also diagnosed something my previous osteopath had missed which was confirmed by her tutor.
Will be continuing to use for my back treatment and would definitely recommend.

Incorrectly diagnosed me, and shared private information to staff without my permission. Cracked my neck and back and have caused long term damage. I asked for help and laid a formal complaint and it’s been 4-5 months and I cannot get to the bottom of it. They are not compassionate and have caused me so much stress in my day to day life.
The doctors and reception staff cannot be trusted - you must get everything they say in writing even if you are using there free services as they are not good at keeping patient records. I referred my friend there too and she landed up in a leg brace for three months and had to pay a lot of money for professional. Please be careful.
We are sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience at the clinic. We do take the few complaints that we receive very seriously as we have in this instance and very much hope that we can work with you to resolve the concerns that you may have.

Really really great service, helped both my children and myself when no GP could help! Always extremely friendly and kind staff, can only recommend!
