Signed up on a Tuesday, had the dashboard set up by Wednesday. Support answered my two questions within the hour and the pricing page says exactly what you pay. No surprises after three months.

The product does what it promises and the reports are genuinely useful for my weekly review. Onboarding took longer than it should have because the docs skip a step in the API setup.

We dropped two subscriptions after switching. The scheduling feature alone saved our team a couple of hours a week. Billing is transparent and cancelling a seat took one click.

The software is fine but I was charged twice in March and it took three emails and almost a month to get the refund. Support was polite but slow on this one.

Cheaper than the big names and covers 90% of what we need. Missing a couple of integrations, but the roadmap page says they are coming. Support has been responsive.

Desktop experience is great. The mobile app is where it falls down — slow to load and notifications arrive late. If you mostly work at a desk you will be happy.
