Started out with Mr. Johnny Maddox and was always impressed with the service I received, now I have Marc and nothing has changed. Still the most helpful and courteous agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Seeing as how most of the time there is

I have been with Mr. Maddox for 20+ years. The only issue I have had is last year I filed for the first time ever a claim on my Homeowners policy. They were not very pleasant but it was done. I had paid approximately $110 a month and it was raised to over $150

Great Allstate agent. Office staff is friendly on the phone and very helpful. They have assisted with many difficult years of auto coverage with my teenage drivers. Prices are good, coverage is good. Highly recommend.
