This is an upscale hotel so I expected more from it. The room needing to be dusted. The top of the fridge was very dirty. There was no reg coffee, just decaf. I had to ask front deak for some, which isn't a big deal. It just proves housekeeping is slacking. T

Both of the front desk managers are so nice & patient. They always ask if everything is okay & make sure it is if anything is wrong. The housekeeping staff is super efficient & they REALLY clean.

The hotel is dated. More like a motel. Room was musty. Door locks didn't work. Had to put a chair against my door. I am a Marriott Elite member and I have always had good stays. This one was beyond sub par. Breakfast was not good didn't eat. No juice.

Great location. Lots of food and stores within walking distance. The front desk was very welcoming, junior suite was spacious, clean and very cozy. Lots of pillows and towels. I would definitely stay here again.
