Went in to have a my gallbladder removed. From start to finished I was treated like I was their only patient. Kept up to date on everything happening with my procedure, billing & treatment plan. Everyone was super nice & helpful. Nurses, doctors & staff.

They basically hold patients hostage and don’t allow them to communicate with caretakers. They ignore patients’ rights and neglect proper consent protocol. Beware of their false claims of encouraging caretaker involvement in patients’ recovery.

You can admit yourself in and be competent to do this but you are not competent to release yourself. The paperwork has a clause that they keep you for 7-14 days without having to release you and you are not informed of this. But they are quick to call loved

The care was amazing. The only problem i experienced was that my wife was told the operation took about an hour. 3.5 hours later, as I just woke up in the recovery area, they still hadn't informed her I was even out of surgery. She was very upset, as in crying
