I had surgery at this hospital and I am not happy with the results or staff. The day shift are mainly young nurses with attitudes and bad energy.This place is understaffed with too many young people working here with no guidance.

If you have the chance to be taken to River Oaks, DO IT!! Do not use Kingwood HCA!! All of the staff, doctors, nurses, therapists, etc.. are excellent. Food is good too! I live an hour away and gladly pass up Kingwood HCA to go to River Oaks. Shout out to Dr.

Very disappointed in this hospital as usual. There's never any parking available adding the construction has only made it worse. People don't seem to know where people need to go when they have tests that need to be performed. We had two instances where we had
