I deducted two stars for every 15 minutes of wait time past 15 minutes . For an urgent care, they are not demonstrating the sense of urgency. 45 minute wait is not reasonable considering the lack of patients awaiting urgent care in the waiting area.

TERRIBLE HOSPITAL!!!! As a first time mom I received awful care. My main nurse was so cold and seemed so dead eyed. No small talk or anything just quick questions and left the room.
