I call this location by mistake and this lady is horribly rude I've been to her location once and will never go back I called asking for Aldine and she starts screaming saying if I want the girl from Aldine to go look for her and hangs up she could've said that she can't put me through to her not be so rude!! That lady has issues

They have the worst customer service ever rude young lady! Didn’t know what to do got frustrated and took her frustration out on me!

They took my money for a full coverage policy with a lienholder so I could provide proof to car dealer so I could pick up my new car. Then they wouldn't give me the proof I needed. I wasted too much time on this when I already had a liability only policy with them. It's taking longer to get the insurance than it did to buy the car! Bianca is nice but should have better handled my file.
