Joyce Hooks did a great job creating my first ever TripTik. It didn't take long and it is exactly what I wanted. She also gave me a handful of maps to cover our long road trip. Joyce was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. My father used TripTiks for over 50 years. My youngest brother did too. I sure wish I had used them sooner!

We got got FROM BEHIND, we have pictures of the other car that already had a broken bumper held together by rope and we have never been in an accident that has been our fault, EVER. Yet AAA is trying to make us pay for the other car's already broken car! SCAMMERS!

Courteous & fast service. Came for IDP and they have passport photos option inside, you don't need bring with you if you don't have. And if you are member (classic) you pay 10 for photo and 20 for IDP. They even offered coffee while waiting. Was in and out in 10 mins.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the phone's AI to connect you to the LOCAL office you are calling. It keeps connecting to the NATIONAL number. Why provide a local number of you can't talk to local people

Just found out these clowns were changing me for a policy l asked then to stop the end of August, and they didn't stop the billing till November. Keep away from these crooks
