Dr. Albez is great... good luck ever reaching anyone via phone in the office. Over the course of a week, I called over 15 times, leaving at least 3 voicemails. Never reached a human.

The staff is great. The nurses are good. Take care very well. Food is great no problem there.

I came here to detox off of 7 hydroxymitragynine. It is a harsh withdrawal. They were able to provide me w/ the medications I needed to have a comfortable detox. I am discharging today after being here for four days & I am feeling a bit better. Dr. Brebarian is flexible in how much time you need to stay. They also assist in getting you into a 30 day program if you want. The only bad thing I have to say is that the food isn’t that good.

My experience started out a lil rocky but two nurses and the doctor turned that all around. I hope I have her name right nurse Sidney was one of the nurses who cared for my mom who has dementia. They was having the hardest time getting her blood work done because she was not letting them. Well she comforted my mom until they was able to get it done. Once I walked back in the room my mom held on to her like a little baby. She stood there with her for at least 30min still comforting her. This had me in tears that she was so patient with her my mom feel asleep just holding on to her arm. We need more nurses like her. I just wanna thank her for everything she just don’t know how much that meant to me and my family.

My experience at River Oaks Hospital & Clinics has been nothing short of AMAZING! From admission to discharge, the entire process was phenomenal.
The staff made my stay so much more comfortable, especially the team on the 6th floor. Ms. Vicki was absolutely fantastic, Ms.
Dedra showed such nurturing care, and Ms.
Kristine was always kind and sweet. Kim and Kaitlynn were also very nice and sweet, which made a big difference in my stay. I'm truly grateful for each of them and the outstanding care I received.
