After getting burned by State Farm on an auto accident AND a home owners claim I began shopping around. I have known Jack my entire life and after years of going through every other insurance provider under the sun we finally decided to give Jack and Farmer's a go!
And we are SO glad we did!! Not only was Carissa super helpful at getting our policies set up she also discovered we had been double paying for Texas Windstorm Insurance. Something State Farm didn't even catch! They managed to save us some money on our policies and we were able to get a refund on that additional TWS policy thanks to them!
