My wife took me to Bayou City Emergency Care last night. (We are senior citizens). We didn't have to wait hours like most Emergency facilities. I was taken in for treatment and had tests run right away. We want to acknowledge the staff members who cared for me. Kudos to Tiffany D, Eduardo, Jimmy and Dr Healey for your care, knowledge, expertise, warm and friendly care. What an incredible team. Thank you all so very much! You are appreciated.

Great fast service! We checked in at the front desk and there was no wait to get into a room. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming. The ER rooms were very spacious and clean. Nurse Karen was very attentive and the tech Terry (Teri?) was so bubbly and made us feel so calm. Dr. Healy was also really knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and explained everything in a way that we could understand. We were in and out in less than 3 hours. Would highly recommend coming here for care.

This facility in nice and clean. The staff was pleasant. Dr Henderson was great. My wait was only as long as it took to get my information in the system. I definitely recommend coming here, if you need medical attention.

Our first time here, the staff are really friendly. They are fast and make sure they take care of us on what is needed. We now have a new spot now for any emergency needs. Thank you again for taking care of us! Everyone please checked them out as you will not be disappointed.

Hello, I came in to the ER due to being in some serious pain in my back and I must say this is the most pleasant and accurate ER visit that I have ever experienced in my life, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and time management was on point. I received the best care and diagnosis. If I ever have an emergency again I will definitely visit here again. Thanks team

The hospital staff was very helpful I was seen very quickly & received my results in a timely manner.. Nurse Ashley was very sweet & show compassion while she was working on me she explained everything in details of what she was doing. Dr. Hatharn was very detailed about my results & i didn’t have to voice out what I wanted he knew exactly what was best for me . Unfortunately you don’t see this all the time but I appreciate them for being understanding and made me feel human.. keep of the good work guys!! Mrs. Fontenot ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone was great from upon entering the door to exiting. The dr and nurses were very attentive and focus on helping me get well. I would definitely come here again.

Was super clean facility, wait time in lobby was quick. Lady at front desk was super cool. Nurse lady was awesome I like to over thank things and she explained everything I would ask down to showing examples of how it works. She's definitely into her job and not just a pay check. I WILL most Definitely go back here anytime I or my family needs ER services. Would recommend anybody to visit if needed as well. Thank you staff for yalls services.

What a great staff @ this ER. I was in excruciating pain dealing with a kidney stone. They got me in & were so attentive to my needs. The nurse Tiffany was so professional & sweet. She & the rest of the staff made a painful experience so much more tolerable. Not only were they kind they informed me of everything they were doing step by step to ease the pain. I’m so grateful for the care I received while @ this hospital. Not only are they great @ their job.. they also create a welcoming & friendly environment.

Dr Iruke and staff at this Urgent Care ER are amazing! The Professional service at this new clean facility was top notch. They made our urgent Emergency Room visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended ..There was NO WAIT time!!
