I have spent nearly 10 hours of my time trying to acquire $287 from a gap insurance claim that started in March. They claimed they sent a check out on May 21st but the lender has never received it. They also claim that it was sent to a bad address provided by the lender and that they are waiting on it to be returned. I had paid off the loan while gathering the documents they required to receive the gap payment as instructed by the lender. I asked that the check be mailed directly to me since the loan was paid off. I was told it had to go to the lender. The lender said they could not receive the funds since we loan was paid off and the account was closed out. I have asked for stop payment on the check and re-issue of a new check to us. They are pushing back wanting to wait on the check to be received an returned by the lender. This is the worst insurance experience I have had. I would rate them zero stars if the option was available. I plan to also report them the the BBB. RUN AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!
