I have been to a lot of hospitals in my life. I just had the best experience that I have ever had at HCA Kingwood. Your not treated like a number, they treat you like a person. The staff, nurses,and the Doctors are very polite, they listen to you and they are very concerned about your health and needs. I would recommend HCA Kingwood to everyone. HCA Kingwood, you are awesome at what you do. HCA Kingwood really does care about their patients.

I had a private room, bathroom and beautiful view for my 5 day stay in the Heart Tower. All staff were super friendly and competent. Special shout out to Gabriel, Thi, Jerry, Johnny from Nutrition and Vannencia from housekeeping. I was monitored by a pocket Ekg. I really liked that I wasn't tethered to a machine that constantly beeps; made showering easy! The food was fresh and good for a cardiac diet. Lots of choices. The pot roast and chef salad were delicious. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone. Thank you Tracy for working with me during the stress test and using it as a working experience for the techs. I liked that most nurses and techs had someone ghosting them.; nothing better than hand's on training. Yes, it is true the ladies in the Heart Cath like to party. Great tunes and dancing. My discharge went well thanks to the kind lady in gold shoes. Prescription was called in and I was sent home with instructions. A nurse followed up with me the next day. I have been in all area hospitals and have never been treated so well as HCA and their providers. Thank you to my PCP Dr Zamora CLS for the recommendation!

I had a wonderful experience at HCA. The staff were truly amazing. It was my first time having surgery, I was naturally nervous, but everyone took such great care of me and made me feel comfortable, safe, and well supported throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed.

Great experience, my son was dehydrated, the front office staff took him immediately to the pediatric ER, nursing did their assessments as soon as we came in then Dr. Khaled AlFarawi examined my son thoroughly and started treatment right away, very nice, professional and pleasant. He made sure we understood everything that is going on with my son, checked on us several times and was very helpful.

I don’t even know where to start , as soon as I entered the main entrance I was greeted by an amazing staff member who rushed to find me a wheel chair and consulted me all the way to the labor and delivery triage hall , I was admitted early Saturday morning around 6am in the labor and delivery department for high blood pressure as well as my babies who was elevated . From the moment I entered the doors not only me but my family were treated like pure angels, I could see and feel the true compassion and concern from the beautiful nursing staff that were working very hard to find out the problem . I ended up dilating to a 4 by Sunday early morning and they didn’t hesitate to let me stay a little longer to further observe. I was never denied nothing and they made sure my hubby and kids were just as comfortable. I was transferred to the postpartum hall to see if I would dilate some more and they were just as amazing offering my kids the sibling station which is full of nice goodies and coloring pages for the kids . Another shout out to the amazing cafeteria staff who take their time to offer a full menu and make sure you are eating something you will enjoy . This hospital is beyond amazing and I can’t wait to return back when baby girl is ready !

I want to thank everyone on the 2nd floor, surgery specialty. The entire staff was fabulous, and couldn't have asked for better care. They were attentive, caring, supportive,patient and compassionate. It made my stay less scary, and am so greatful to all. The night nurses were so caring and never had to wait for help!! Thank you so much!!

As a patient that lives in Katy I would fight traffic and tolls and everything else to come to this HCA. The nurses were fabulous; the care team checked in on me; they clustered my care so I could sleep. This is your emergency care hospital

My husband had surgery on 2/23/26 and it lasted over 11 hrs. I was sitting in the waiting room on 2nd floor (after everybody left) and a male nurse came in. Through conversation, I found out he would be my husband’s post-op nurse. Tyrone Neary couldn’t have been any kinder and assured me that he would keep me updated. He honestly brought me so much peace, knowing my husband would be well taken care of. The following day I told my husband how kind Tyrone was and he said…yes, I remember him. He was very kind and helpful to me in recovery. We have met many nice & caring people at this hospital, but Tyrone truly went above & beyond his call of duty. Thank you, Tyrone!!!

Received exceptional care post abdominal surgery. All nurses were compassionate, uplifting and encouraging. Shoutouts to Amy, Allison, Kori, and another nurse on my first day shift! Kori helped bathe after 3 days not able to! I am so grateful. Dr Alberto was a great Internal Medicine MD whom listened to my concerns and monitored my health. He also encouraged me and addressed my concerns regarding my surgery. Thank you to the Physicians and HCA staff for my care and encouragement. I am eternally grateful.

Unfortunately my husband had an emergency and had to be admitted. He just got released thankfully. All of the staff from doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, people cleaning the rooms and hallways, people delivering food, everybody definitely left a positive impact on our 3 day stay. Very professional and informative. If I ever have a need for healthcare I will always want to come here. Thank you for everyone who I had any type of interaction. I appreciate your kindness and hospitality.
