I just want to share my recent experience. My mom was taken into this hospital via ambulance and unable to give much info. By the time I got there nobody could find records of my mother being in the hospital. However Sarah Rodgers, the patient access services manager went above and beyond to help us locate our mother. She was extremely patient, and made my family and I feel comforted during this frantic time. This is the type of customer service that really stands out. Thank you to all the staff, but especially to Sarah!
I had a procedure at the hospital last week. After I registered, Mihrt came to get me, very friendly and pleasant. Very professional and helpful. Then Alexis and Amy assisted me in getting ready for the procedure. Alexis was very nice and gentle with my IV and Amy getting me hooked up to machines. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. Great experience 🙏🏿
Thank you for the excellent care and professionalism you provided during my visit. I am truly grateful for the compassion shown at every step. A special word of appreciation to Emily, Vincent, and Daniel for their kindness and skill in nursing care—they made a difficult situation feel manageable. My thanks also to Lisa at the front desk for her warm and welcoming demeanor, and to Melwin for his help and support.
Your dedication and teamwork made all the difference. I am deeply thankful for each one of you.

Our experiences at Houston Methodist Hospital,Baytown, have been exceptional.
ER Admission was fast and smooth.
The Admission Staff
focused on medical concerns which were addressed promptly and professionally.
My husband was admitted to Houston Methodist Baytown, July 10th and October 12th of 2025
In July, when hospitalized, for Sepsis,
periodic bloodwork was analyzed round the clock, which determined, quickly, that the infection was not responding to the antibiotic.
Doctor Sarah Al Ghanim, MD, who closely followed the lab results, ordered a new antibiotic which did work, undoubtedly saving my husband’s life.
I found myself overwhelmed by the warmth, empathy and individualized care, which the doctors, nurses, therapists, case workers, and dietary staff provided, at Houston Methodist at Baytown.
I am absolutely certain no finer care is possible than what my husband received while at Baytown’s Houston Methodist Hospital.

Huge shoutout to the amazing nurses and staff at Methodist Baytown — y’all took such great care of my family, and I’m beyond grateful. Big thanks to the doctors and case managers too for pointing us to ClearSky Health Rehab when it was time for discharge. We’ve only been here a few days, and my mom is already up and walking! It’s been incredible. The best part? We still have the same doctors from Methodist here at ClearSky, which has made the whole transition so much smoother. Seriously — thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was a patient at Sugarland Methodist Hospital Sweetwater Pavilion .Rm 305 for 4 days in Nov 2025. I received great care and I especially want to thank my nurses Georgina and Fiona, nsg attendant Robert for being the best staff in the unit. My room was huge and housekeeping were very good at cleaning my room. The doctors were very much on top of my treatments.
