Took my husband here today. He was taken back quickly but the Hispanic lady at the counter would not let me go back there with him. She said only if he is admitted and in a room, can I go in the room with him but she was letting all the people of color go back there with their family members! Racist! Also, out of all the people that were in the ER, I was the only one she took a copay from! Wasn't very impressed with the woman that came to get him for a CT scan. She kept coming out in the waiting room calling for him even though I told her he was already back there. It took her about 30 minutes to find him even though he was in the same room where they did triage. Luckily, the nurses and doctors seemed to know what they were doing. The waiting area needs some TLC and 4 out of the 5 light bulbs were burned out over the front desk. With all the money the hospital makes, you would think they could afford new light bulbs! Next time, we will choose a different ER.

You could not guarantee who you would see when you came in; continuity of care is critical in wound healing. Pictures are not good enough. Worse than that, certain doctors were condescending. The home health nurses they recommended were inadequate and accused us of "hoarding supplies" --supplies that we purchased ourselves and not through an agency. [2021]

Doctor Einar Bogason Awesome Neurosurgeon Houston, Texas. I would like to say, Doctor Bogason was Always keeping use up to date on what’s going on. And He would and could explains the Procedures in a way the average person would be able to understand and always making sure his patients we’re comfortable and at ease. We are very thankfully To Doctor Bogason for his kindness and confidents in the work he does. Also the staff and nurses like Kristine did a great job and provided awesome support to my Son.
