Terrible waiting in emergency. I was from 12:20 in the morning in the waiting room with a blood pressure of 160 with 115 and they only checked it at 1:15 am and to wait for 10 minutes. which never came. At 2:15 I decided to withdraw from there to no avail. When a person visits one of these places it is because they really need the assistance of a doctor because I think that nobody would want to visit this place as it is not an emergency. How fatal to attend such an important place for a person's health. What remains to say !!!

A nurse by the name of Sonia who looked after my mom today in recovery after mom's colonoscopy did watch her... Watch her fall three times (twice from the bed, once in the restroom), stare at her, and did nothing to help my mother up or at the very least ask if she was okay, knowing that my mom was still getting over the sedation. I would NOT let my mother come back here ever again. It's negligent of the nurse, and if Sonia is doing that to my mother, she's likely doing that to other patients too who might not be as lucky as my mom who blessedly came out relatively unharmed. Will be filing a complaint. Again, do NOT come here.

Worst hospital ever. for sure I'll tell you I wont be going back. if your not very sick and you wanna get worse I would go to this hospital. it is the way they treat patients like a herd of cheaps.. stay away people north cypress is down the street. at least they treat patients with dignity.

Night of 01/19/20 7:40 pm - 9:45 pm. My family will never be going to the Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital again. We took our mother to the emergency room because she was crying from body aches and nausea. When she started experiencing other symptoms such as chest pains, they said we would have to wait until we were called to mention the other symptoms to the doctor or nurse (And the wait was 2-3 hrs based on urgency). They asked for a urine sample from my mother while we were waiting. When I had the urine ready in a cup inside of a bag, I didnt know who to give it to. The receptionist was no help at all. I soon found out that I was supposed to place the bag in a grey container that was on a trash can next to the reception desk. There was no sign and wouldn't that be prone to contamination!? What if a child or someone else grabbed or dropped the container? Not only that. They were taking people's blood pressure in the waiting room. A women had to lift her shirt half up her chest to get her blood pressure taken without any privacy at all. We ended up taking my mother to Clear Lake Medical Center. Within 20 minutes after we arrived, my mom was hook on an I.V. and morphine to deal with her pain. XRays were taken while she was sitting down so she wouldn't have to walk anywhere.

Today on 12/10/19
My child was running a fever of 102. With stomach aches and head pains
The Doctor came in and she explained to me she didn't want to do any test on my child because he doesn't seem as if his appendix needed attention, and he seems as if he is getting sick, we would just have to wait it out. No test were done she said we don't have to worry about the bill it will be just a screening, I exclaimed to her how could his fever come out of nowhere if nothing is wrong, she replied if I had the answer for every fever she would be a millionaire. I received better care from the nurses, she did not have compassion or any professionalism. I left king wood knowing something was wrong with my baby and immediately brought him in with his doctor as soon as she got him in he was tested for strep and the flu and he has both.
Memorial Herman king wood 24 hour ER failed to diagnose my child or even care to see about him, I am highly disappointed with the service I received today.

I went to the emergency room November 18th I couldn't breathe from an alergic reaction from antibiotics my doc prescribed.My eyes and face was swolen and tightness in my chest.I never saw a doctor. A nurse practitioner immediately told me I wasnt having a reaction to the Doxycycline.....Which I am highly alergic to.They ordered xrays and wanted
A urine sample.I bever recieved the exrays and my urine test was never done.The nurse did check on my breathing and was very caring.I am writing this review since I should have had a chest exray as they advised.I had gone to Urgent care before going to Memorial Herman emergency room advised by the doctor at Urgent care they were not equipped to hive me an IV to help flush out this antibiotic.This was not given to me and I am still suffering with the antibiotic in my ststem.Not being able to breathe and tightness in my chest I should have had an EKG preformed to rule out my heart was functioning properly.I am very disappointed with this Emergency room.I now have to go and have an EKG at another facility.I doubt I will be able to trust this emergency room again.They failed in.my care.Tighness in my chest should have had the EKG test to rule out anything hoing on with my heart.Be cautious if you need to go to this emergency room.

The surgery center used an out of network anesthesia service provider. I received a bill from them for over 8000.00. The surgery center didn't bother to ask nor inform me that they would be using Best Choice Anesthesia. This Anesthesia company is not in network with any insurance provider!

Ugh, rude & loud night nurses...🤬Unprofessional night crew during my mother's stay after stroke. Half cleaned rooms & uncoordinated recovery efforts were shady to say the least! If you love your loved ones don't bring them here. We can't wait to be discharged. A very horrific experience. It should be NO STARS!
