I will specify the lady nurses. assistants, phlebotomist and cleaning crew where amazing! so kind And sweet to my dad. the occupation therapist also very sweet and comforting for my dad and our whole family. We have been here a week so far, and only 1 male nurse seemed to be bothered by our requests.

I was taken by car to the ER where I was greeted by hospital staff and officers. Yes they were friendly, even though anyone that has visited an ER know they can get a little hectic.
Once I was called back which wasn't but maybe 30 minutes the Triage team was very kind and through and worked like a dream team to get the IV in and all the tests taken care of.
I did have to be admitted to the hospital and the medical staff was amazing, never experienced a rude employee, all of them were kind and charismatic to the patients needs.

As far as a hospital stay goes, it was a great experience.
Would recommend and I hope you'll have the same experience

I’ve been taking my family member to Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute in Sugar Land for physical therapy, and I’m truly grateful for the amazing physical therapists here. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand how critical it is to explore options like physical therapy before considering back surgery, which is often not a one-and-done solution. The therapists at this location have been wonderful in helping with my family member’s recovery.

However, I must express my frustration with the administrative staff coordinating appointments. I understand the challenges they face, especially with a busy office and varying levels of technology proficiency among patients. But it's important to remember that each patient calling in is likely stressed and may not be feeling well. Many people don’t wish to be in pain, and healthcare is already a tough system to navigate. A little empathy and patience go a long way in making the experience better for everyone.

For context, we’ve had an incredibly stressful time recently as our young sister-in-law is in the hospital and needs a liver transplant. This all happened very suddenly, and we need to be out of town to support her during this critical time. We called to reschedule our PT appointments so we wouldn’t waste anyone's time or money. We followed the instructions to leave a message and waited 24 hours for a call back, but when we didn’t receive it, we called again. Unfortunately, the IVR system (which we believe uses Amelia) transferred us straight to voicemail. We weren’t sure if we were routing to the correct team, so we tried calling again.

When we finally got a call back, the scheduling coordinator rudely told us, "You don’t need to keep calling, we specifically said we would call you back." When we explained that we hadn't received a call back, she responded, "Yes you did, I see it right here in our system that we did call you back."

Here’s the issue: we get it. There are probably many patients who don’t follow instructions, but we did follow the process. We had no record of a call or any details in our portal. It’s disappointing to be treated as if we’re lying or making things up. It’s a basic expectation in customer service to lead with empathy and assume the best in your patients. Everyone calling in could be dealing with their own stressful, personal situation — whether it's physical pain or family health crises.

Shame on the appointment scheduling team for allowing such interactions. Incoming phone calls are the front door to your practice. The first point of contact for any patient should be filled with care, patience, and compassion. I sincerely hope that no other patients have to experience similar frustration and rudeness.

A routine ANNUAL visit to this location ( a 3 min ERG and a 10 min discussion with a doctor, total within a 20 min) results in two bills. first, for a doctor services (a specialist, $45 copay) and the Memorial Hermann facilities fee (treated as an "emergency room visit", $162 copay). The facilities fees appear excessive.

I had ACL surgery in March of '25 and the facility and staff were amazing. They helped me feel extremely comfortable, the facility is great and my surgery and recovery to this point are going great.

The people are nice and proficient, however, the facility is very poor. The waiting room is well below standard. The reason I will not go back, is the policy of not allowing family in pre op. It demonstrates lack of care for their patients.

Excellent service. I arrived with urgent pain and was seen quickly. All the doctors were very attentive. I have no complaints about this hospital; it's the best in my experience.

I have been there twice, once for Covid and second time for an infection. Excellent care and both times I was seen immediately. Took my daughter-in-law for her gallbladder, and she was amazed at the quality of the visit and how fast she was seen and how fast her diagnosis was. I just wish it was a hospital.

I believe this ER is really bad, and for a very distinct reason … there was only one person present, a receptionist (that was clearly bored) who immediately wanted my financial information and stated she didn’t know when they would be able to see me because they were full …..Which was strange because there were next to no cars out front ( it was about midnight on a Saturday night) and and only 2 ppl in waiting room and one was asleep.

At NO TIME did anyone ask me what my medical problem was or made any effort to do a medical triage. If I need to wait, I need to wait….but not before they even show enough concern to be aware of the level of my emergency…. What if I had been suffering a heart attack? I immediately left without giving her my info ….just told her that I was leaving. I would never trust such a place. (Btw, finances would not have been an issue.)

When I signed in to leave a review, I noticed it already had a low rating. …and for some of the same reasons. I wish I could give it a zero. I had to sit out in the entrance of the building on my phone to find help for my situation…

IMHO Don’t go there … it is dangerous to go to an ER that does not immediately want to know your medical reason for coming… especially before asking you for financial information. Shows their priority. Remember this is suppose to be an ER.
