Special thanks to the team that helped bring our little girl into this world. None of this was according to my plan but our medical team assured me through the whole process. Thanks to the amazing team of tender loving nurses and two fantastic doctors. Let’s not do this again soon!

2/2026: I'm don't understand why this hospital has such low reviews. Everyone in ER has been awesome. The nurses are so sweet...Shout out to Nurse Osha! But literally everyone, including housekeeping has been so attentive and so kind. Thanks Northeast Memorial!
Update: 6/1/2026
Admitted again. And I feel the same way as I did before: EVERYONE and I do mean EVERYONE has been phenomenal! My doctors, my nurses, the specialists...are so kind and sweet, friendly, yet professional. Thanks to Daphne in respiratory for REALLY making my stay a great one!

We have only been at this hospital less than 12 hours and already in a matter of five minutes have encountered three very rude employees. I have no idea where these employees go to learn to empathetic or even nice but they are not learning. I had a housekeeper rudely tell me when I asked her if she could tell me how to get to the ER turn and point and said you don’t have a sticker everyone needs a sicker and I said ok can you please point me in the direction of the person to given me a sticker. My mother was transported here by ambulance from another Memorial Herman because she was having a stroke so we never came in through the front so I had no idea about this “Sticker”. Then o said she must be having a bad day and head to security personnel that gives the stickers and the female security was so rude. They have the same security at the previous Memorial we where at and the man told me to open my purse and he looked inside very carefully and asked me if I had weapons which of course I did not. I opened my purse for this lady and then I look up and she has this “you idiot” look on her face and proceeds to tell me, I open your purse, I go threw your purse not you. How in the hell am I supposed to know their protocol if she doesn’t explain it to me. So the security guard is done digging in my purse and by now I am beyond being nice to her and she just stares into space. O stare at the security and she tells me “I am done with you, you can go”, so I told her that this very rude housekeeper told me you would be giving me a sticker. This security guard points to a desk in front of her and said ask them. I go to this desk where a young clerk is staring over my head and I said the security guard said you could give me a sticker to where to visit my mom. She turns to the clerk next to her and says “can you take care of her”, and the other young lady Emi was so nice and gracious looked up my mom and told me how to get back to my mom and finally gave me a sticker. I work in the hospital industry and I know how much the insurance get billed for these visits, these CT’s, these MRI’s it is no small amount and to be treated so rudely by staff is unacceptable. The hospital industry service the customer just like any other industry but some how Memorial Hermann Medical Center staff has forgotten this one important detail. Without patients hospitals do not need staff.

The culture at this hospital sucks. The ER has some of the rudest people working there. I pity the patients. You say good morning nobody answers you, they stare at you like you have doodoo on you, absolutely horrible people working there.

Walked in on Memorial Day doors were open, A/C, Lobby music was on ,no staff insight supply and IT room unlocked. Used their desk phone to call police and to call IT to ask where is medical staff? IT from Pennsylvania checked said they closed at 5pm. I walked in about 6:30pm. IT remotely called regional mgr and his mgr. After a few minutes IT from Pennsylvania said to step out and they would lock doors remotely. We waited a few minutes outside to make sure doors got locked. They were
