There truly are not enough words to express how grateful our family is for Veneise Villali and Elizabeth at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sugar Land. These two incredible women have been absolute God-sent angels during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

From the very beginning, they went above and beyond for our family, treating us with compassion, kindness, and genuine care. Even though we were complete strangers, they never hesitated to step in and help, always advocating for our loved one and working tirelessly to make sure they received the care they desperately needed.

Their dedication, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Because of Veneise and Elizabeth, our loved one has been given opportunities and support that we truly prayed for, and we honestly believe we would not be where we are today without them.

They exemplify what healthcare should be—selfless, compassionate, and driven by a sincere desire to help others. PAM Health is incredibly fortunate to have these two outstanding professionals on their team. Our family will never forget everything they’ve done for us, and we are forever thankful.

I do NOT recommend this clinic.

I was referred to this clinic by my ENT specialist for vestibular rehabilitation therapy. Before scheduling my first appointment, I called the clinic specifically to verify my insurance coverage and was clearly told that my out-of-pocket cost would be $0. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment.

When I arrived for my first visit, I asked again to confirm that I would not owe anything, and I was reassured that there would be no charge. Relying on that information, I completed the evaluation session and was scheduled for seven additional visits.

I only attended one follow-up session because most of the balance exercises could easily be performed at home, and I canceled the remaining appointments.

To my surprise, I later received a bill for $369 for the visits. I contacted the clinic and explained that this was not what I had been told before scheduling or attending treatment. I requested that they review the phone call, if it was recorded, to verify what I had been told regarding the cost. However, they never investigated the issue or provided any meaningful explanation.

Instead, they continue to send payment demands for charges that I would never have agreed to had I been given accurate information from the beginning.

Patients deserve transparency regarding insurance coverage and financial responsibility before receiving treatment. My experience was extremely disappointing

Once the request was accepted at Houston Methodist Hospital it was a fast and friendly reception. A representative from PAM met me at the hospital and quickly facilitated the transition and transportation. The nurses and therapists were very pleasant;, supportive, accommodating, and friendly. The food was decent. The food / dietary staff are wonderful too. I appreciated that the menu was customizable. Plus the local cafeteria was available for visitors. After a 2 week stay I am being discharged with 4 times the capability I had before.

Pam rehab does an amazing job getting you ready to go home. Ray and Sajeev always push you to do your best. The therapist here will get you ready to return home.

Being here was good although I was in isolation the nurses made the stay comfortable. And two ( Tonya and Rafael) of the therapist were helpful giving me information

There was also two bad apples in group but other than that it was good.

The staff here is the BEST.
From the cleaning staff all the way up.
The physical therapy staff and the occupation staff are the best!!!! They make PT and everything so easy they’re awesome They’re helpful. They’re nice. I can’t say enough about them.
And like I said, the whole staff from the doctors to the nurses to the cleaning staff everyone. The wound care team is excellent. I just couldn’t ask for a better wound care team.

I was very impressed with the caregiving me. The nurses the aid PT people everyone was so cooperative and very respectful and nice. and Laura the specialist was very attentive to us.

We can't express enough of our appreciation for the staff at PAM Rehabilitation Hospital in Sugarland. Lizzy, Heather, Chelsea, and Kachina, were spot on from the very first conversation. These young ladies never missed a beat. They were very detailed including Carrisa. My family and I would like to thank you all for your diligence, determination, professionalism, expertise, and care for our loved one. All of you gave us a peace of mind and assured us he was in good hands.

This is a top notch Rehabilitation facility. Clean, And tidy. All of the staff are totally professional, Dedicated, And caring and go above and beyond for their patients. I would recommend Pam to anyone needing Rehabilitation services and they offer a number of services concerning Rehabilitation. You definitely can not go wrong bring your lived one here. Also I'd like to mention Veneise Villali the hospital navigator who assisted getting me moved to Pam from another rehab that was less than acceptable. She when above and beyond and is a credit to the hospital.
