I could write for hours about how incredible this staff was, and still not even come close to expressing my gratitude to everyone who helped me. I spent weeks in literally agony until I found myself at St Luke’s. After not being listened to or helped in any way at OakBend Medical, I went to St Luke’s, where I believe they saved my life. At that point, I had already lost 25lbs in two weeks due to my illness. The nursing staff was knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, compassionate, loving, kind, and top notch. The doctors took the time to do the tests needed to find out what was actually wrong with me, and not just make random assumptions with no proof, as they did at OakBend Medical (DO NOT EVER VISIT THEM) Without them, I may not be here to write this review. I will never go anywhere else for my health needs. I can honestly say I love each and everyone of those nurses that saved my life. A very special thank you to (please excuse any misspelling) AMY, ALEX, TERESA, KAMAL, JAC, OBI, NATRESSA, MARQUITA, and CELESTE for you loving caring support…. I really needed it! And obviously a special thank you to all the GI Team. You all are a complement to your profession, and if there was ever a question as to whether you have an impact on your patient’s lives, you really really do.

Being in a hospital is never any fun. St Likes is competent in so many ways. I especially appreciate how well integrated it is with Kelsey Sebold Health care system. SIDE note: since my previous 7 times @ St Luke's they have hired a new food manager! And the hospital food is improved!

Dr Porter was very competent. We really appreciated the care and competence she showed our mother. However, we had a lot of trouble getting the prescription transmitted by your transmitting system. Would have been best to get a written prescription to ensure the prescription was received by the pharmacy.

I remembered I left my prescribed glasses on my bed in the ER. My nurse was Sarah. Very nice and great nurse. And I met Michelle from admitting. Got home and called St.Lukes to claim my prescribed glasses. Lady that answered told me that if I left them in the ER bed I was on they were thrown away. Anything found is thrown away. I would not recommend anyone to go to St. Luke's. I cried my glasses cost me $ 475.00 and the operator there told me they were thrown away.😞😞😞😞😞

My experience at CHI St. Luke’s Health was excellent. The medical team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire process. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident and cared for. The nurses and staff were attentive, kind, and responsive, even during stressful moments. The hospital facilities were clean, organized, and well managed. I truly appreciated the level of care and dedication I received. I would highly recommend CHI St. Luke’s to anyone seeking high-quality medical treatment and cardiac care

Harprem Singh at St. Luke’s Health (10thfloor) was honestly amazing during my stay. He went above and beyond, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with genuine care and respect the entire time.

Y’all definitely need to give this man a raise, a bonus, and a few extra vacation days — he earned it. Nurses like Harprem make a huge difference when patients are going through difficult moments! And tell him Cleveland going to the finals.. lol Thank you again for the outstanding care.

My Doctor in the ER was very nice and professional , The RN Sammy was excellent in the care she gave me. Callights went to long with no answer even mine when Sammy went to lunch, even though nurses were in the hall and at the desk. As a Medical Professional I would have at least answered the light and turn them off.

Know that this place is very busy. Nursing staff on our floor was excellent. If you have a patient here, go learn the place. Lots of corridors go in all kinds of places. Remember your colors and go explore. There's a museum, a chapel, a cafeteria. All this helps to get your mind off of certain things. If you're lost, ask, so many people will help you.

My wife was emergency transferred to this hospital with a stroke. They were so attentive and receptive. Waiting on her when she arrived and started care immediately. 11th floor yellow nursing and staff were awesome. Great experience from arrival to departure.
