Sean's office never returns phone calls or answers emails. This went on for years, and I was way too patient before cancelling. Then, of course, when I told him on 3/24/23 to cancel my coverage effective 4/1, he failed to do so and I continued to receiving bills.
TXFB as a company may be ok, but this agency is not the one to work with.
