Crystal and Lori in radiology were awesome. They made my experience pleasurable. I have anxieties with x-rays and I was comfortable with these ladies. I would love for them to do MRI. I'm nervous but I think of I'm with them I'll be safe.

I visited this hospital tonight as it was referred. I went in for chest pain and headache, some shortness of breath. The doctor came in the room and showed no empathy. His bedside manner was poor and he was disrespectful. He didn't listen to my lungs and didn't care that I was concerned about a blood clot because I have A-Fib. He uncomfortably rubbed my knee and said that they would do a chest X-ray and send me on my way. I felt violated, disrespectful, and mistreated. When I got my composure, I notified the male nurse and told him that I needed to leave. He apologized further saying that he hoped that he didn't make me feel like he didn't care. I left and went to another facility where they started doing all of the normal ER stuff that they should be doing. I will review them when I am discharged. -UPDATE- The person responding to my review and asking for a call to discuss the review is posting the response merely for show. I called the number, no one knew where to transfer the call or who I should talk to in effort to file an official complaint.

During my time at advance diagnostics the professionalism and efficiency of the staff help me to feel comfortable with what was coming next. I had the chance to meet some of the staff members such as Tim, Maggie and Veronica. Those guys are great and I am sure I will come back here if have to and hopefully they will keep doing a great job.

I had an excellent experience. I went into the emergency room department. They got me into the ER quickly. They did my cat scan quickly and immediately found out the issue. I am so grateful. I live in Nevada. I so wish they had hospitals like this where I live. Thanks to all and thanks to Veronica , Daisy and Lisa . 💕🙏

I had day surgery here on Monday, May 22. The front staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses were all very professional, caring, and friendly, Before the surgery, they made me feel like they knew what they were doing and inspired confidence. It seems like everyone in the hospital really cares about doing a great job for their patients. My surgery started on time and had no problems. The facilities looked clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hospital. After I had my surgery, I even got a thank you card signed by some of the nurses(Nicole,Judy, and Veronica).

Crystal and Irene were wonderful and caring while my husband was in their care! They went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and his need were met. Also have to say the food was extremely good for hospital food and Erica the dietitian was very accommodating and extremely sweet. I wish every small clinic/hospital was as good as this one. Thank you for going above and beyond for my husband. It made all the difference!! If you are having a surgery and have the option to have it performed at East Houston hospital I highly suggest you do.
They are excellent at what they do!!

I was admitted to the East Houston Hospital right after Christmas and was there for 4 days. My day nurse (Veronica) took great care of me! She was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the doctors and my injury. She was excellent with my bandage changes , blood draws and medications.
The food there was also amazingly good! Ericka made sure everything was really balanced and there was plenty of food to keep me full. One day was fajitas another was some of the best chicken I'd had in a long time.
The facility is smaller so I received plenty of attention and it was very quiet. I hope I don't end up in the hospital any time soon, but if I do, I'm going back here!

Came in with a headache (no big deal). But people are complaining in here like there’s no more tomorrow. The restroom was unavailable, and the waiting time, i legit fell a sleep waiting. (That should tell you enough).

Staff is friendly. They have pretty decent sized waiting area. They have a coffee machine that blends Starbucks coffee and hot cocoa, great for while you're waiting for your appointment. They have two single bathroom stalls right at the entrance.
