Went to Bayou City ER and received some of the best service in my life. Herman, the RN was very kind detailed. Dr. Boester explained every thing thoroughly and they treated me really nice. I recommend Bayou City to anyone who needs medical attention their great.

Dr. Healy, the RN Herman, and the X-Ray tech gave us great care during our visit. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken care of. Definitely would recommend this place to others!

I highly recommend this hospital. Easy to get in. Minimal wait time . From the time we walked in until we walked out, the care team was fantastic. Starting at the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors, everyone was knowledgeable, very curious, and eager to make me comfortable. I wish I would have found this place sooner.

This facility really focuses on patient care & go above and beyond. From Mercedes at reception, Herman the nurse & both Dr. Boester and Dr. Petitt provide next level patient care! Highly recommend!

My experience at Bayou City ER and Hospital was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel genuinely cared for. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Tiffany, the RN who cared for me, was absolutely wonderful — compassionate, patient, and truly reassuring during a stressful moment.

Both my child and myself had medical emergencies and ultimately had to stay overnight. We received such great care from the front desk to the bedside! All of the staff were very attentive and showed so much compassion. I'd recommend this facility anytime! I even got a great writing pen out of my visit :)

went in for something I didn’t want to wait hours for at the hospital er, and I was seen right away. All the staff was super friendly. It was very clean as well. When Dr came in, he told me what he could do for me and I was out the door within an hour and prescription in hand!

Great place to go for imagining and blood work. Employees are always friendly and respectful. Normally a short wait time. We prefer this location over Simon imaging.

Excellent care at Bayou City ER & Hospital. I went in with a respiratory issue and the staff was attentive and professional the entire time. They checked on me often while waiting for test results, explained my diagnosis and treatment clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. I felt very well cared for and truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommend.

The entire ER staff and the Dr. were amazing. We were in transit to another flight and they were able to accommodate us right away without any wait times at all. Super friendly and clean and overall excellent services. Highly recommend.
