Had an appointment at 12, and ended up staying until after 3. All I needed was an oil change! I don't understand why it took so long. Either a lot of appointments were booked for the day, or spent a lot of time looking for problems that weren't there just so they could get some extra money out of me.
The guy tried to cover his butt by saying that he called, but we recieved no calls. My car was ready to go by 2:30, sitting out in the rain, and it took 30 minutes for paperwork? I want my car as soon as it is ready to go! Don't make me wait even longer after you took too long on my car for unknown reasons!
I'm considering Firestone in the future.

I had some issues show up on my BMW and called as they were able to take me the same day!! That’s was great. David was in contact with my warranty company and kept me updated on every move made. I really appreciated the service and will definitely take me car there in the future if needed

I came in just for an inspection, I told them I only had until a certain time and needed to be out to make another appointment. Joe “JZ” assured me that he would put my car in the very first spot and have me out on time. Well it’s that time and I’m looking all over for “JZ” in the building and asking about my car and NO ONE cares to help. 30 minutes pass beyond the time he promised by and he finally comes back and I ask him what happened and JZ says “oh I just had to take me a lunch break”. Absolutely zero communication with the customer, didn’t even apologize for making me late and missed my appointment. Pretty disappointed, never thought I’d get this kind of service from a BMW dealership. I was probably better off going to a Take 5 oil change, they are so communicative and get you in and out.

2h 40min (with appointment) for a first oil change on new car. Wouldn’t have left one star review but after rep William told me to wait in the front as car is being pulled up - 15min in houston heat later when i walked back inside to ask where my car is at, he laughed why am i waiting in front if car is in the back. Didnt want to give my key car back said “its a process”. It seems customers buying 100k cars are a joke. Good thing next oil change in 10k miles.

I love this service department, and the great customer service that it consistently provides. My service advisor is typically Gerardo. He’s always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The technicians are also very skillful. I highly recommend this location for your service needs!

I highly recommend this place. The customer service they provide is the best. My service advisor was Harry Fernández. He is professional, courteous, and will take care of you. The BMW technicians do a great job. I won't take my care anywhere else but BMW Clear Lake!

First time taking my car here for service and I absolutely enjoyed my interaction with my service advisor Cheryl. No pushy upsell and just did whatever I came there for.
They also left my car nice and clean. Unlike the other location which normally leaves my car with greasy oil and dirt on the car seats.
I will definitely come back here and this will my GO-TO BMW service place from now on.

My wife took her X5 in for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. It took over 2 hours to perform both services, which is about 1 hour longer than normal. Then when she got home she received a short 30 second video recap of the service performed. At the end of the video, the technician shows the right front tire that has a foreign object in it. He states there is something there, it is leaking, and needs to be repaired or replaced. It would have been nice if someone at the dealership would have mentioned that to my wife while she was still at the dealership. Let's just say that I am not impressed with the communication or rather lack of communication.

Fidel was incredible. He let us know that our vehicle still had a service left on our maintenance plan. Our vehicle was clean and ready to go in a timely manner!
