This is with respect to the service department. Service has been subpar with regards to communication for sometime. I have been trying to reach a service advisor for 3 days and no phone calls have been returned. Brought my car here for service quite often and even during diagnostics and repairs, it is difficult to receive timely updates.

Had an appointment at 12, and ended up staying until after 3. All I needed was an oil change! I don't understand why it took so long. Either a lot of appointments were booked for the day, or spent a lot of time looking for problems that weren't there just so they could get some extra money out of me.
The guy tried to cover his butt by saying that he called, but we recieved no calls. My car was ready to go by 2:30, sitting out in the rain, and it took 30 minutes for paperwork? I want my car as soon as it is ready to go! Don't make me wait even longer after you took too long on my car for unknown reasons!
I'm considering Firestone in the future.
