I’ve been going to them for several years now, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and affordable. They also take the time to explain what’s needed for your vehicle. As a single woman I’ve never felt taken advantage of.

I have been a customer for over 12 years and have a fantastic experience each and every time my Mercedes is serviced! The communication throughout the entire repair process was excellent and completely transparent. David made everything incredibly smooth, kept me updated, and ensured my car was handled with the attention it needed. It is rare to find an auto shop that combines this level of professionalism with such honest, high-quality customer service. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future maintenance!"

Very honest people, very reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable, these guys know their stuff. They are also always willing to offer transportation (ride) to avoid waiting while repairs take place, very convenient if needed, to say the least. My only go to place for all of my M6 repairs. Highly recommend!!!

Why go to the dealer. Elite diagnosed an issue with our E350 that the Mercedes dealership couldn't fix. Great price and great service. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Oleg in the mechanics shop- not only is Oleg knowledgeable, he takes time to explain the issue and ensures the customer understands their issue and the best resolve. This tells me Oleg is a master at his craft and is transparent in his work...this is seldom witnessed in today's vehicle mechanic arena. Thank you, Oleg!
Thank you, Robert, for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Oleg in our mechanics shop. His dedication to transparency and customer education truly sets us apart in the vehicle repair industry. As a single mom, I’ve had my fair share of car troubles and not a lot of people I can count on but they’ve helped me more than once and always go above and beyond. Honest, reliable, and kind. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares like that these days. Highly recommend!

After getting an $8000 bill to fix a suspension problem from the dealer, these guys did it for $2400 and it took one day. I moved here from Colorado and I am really glad I found this shop, I will definitely come back for my maintenance and repairs in the future
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback! We appreciate your support!

Took my car to 6 shops including 2 trips to the dealer wasting over $4500. These guys were the only one's who figure out the problem. Highly recommended.
