One of the worst management companies I have the curse to deal with. They do not take care of their properties. If you can avoid getting in a property managed by them...avoid it.

The only reason I give this company a 2 is because of how long I’ve been living here. The super here is very disrespectful, he does not like to to do his job, work done in the apartment is either not done at all, done wrong, or just not completed. It is very very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the office. I spend weeks calling before I get a call back. It’s a great apartment but management and the super here have to change their ways or get another job. This is very unfair for your tenants. Shame on you.
