Every person there was very nice, very pleasant, very courteous, very professional, etc. I just moved to the area two or three years ago and I’m very glad that I found this facility. If I should need medical care and cannot drive I have instructed my children to take me there. MC
I had a great experience at Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center in Sienna. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The wait time was reasonable, the facility was clean and well-organized, and everyone made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the visit. I really appreciated the level of care and the compassion shown by the entire team. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing prompt, quality medical care.
From the Labor & Delivery team to the ICU doctors and nurses, my family will be forever grateful to Houston Methodist Clear Lake.
What began as one of the happiest moments of our lives—the birth of our daughter, Isabella—quickly became the scariest experience we have ever faced when my wife developed serious complications. In those moments of fear and uncertainty, the professionalism, skill, urgency, and compassion shown by every member of the team truly saved my wife’s life.
The Labor & Delivery nurses and doctors were exceptional, and the ICU nurses and physicians continued that same extraordinary level of care during an incredibly difficult and emotional time. Beyond the medical care, they supported us as people and as a family.
Because of them, my daughter Isabella is here, my wife is here, and our family gets to move forward together. That is a gift I will never take for granted.
To everyone at Houston Methodist Clear Lake: thank you for your dedication, compassion, and professionalism. You made an unforgettable impact on our family, and I will carry that gratitude with me forever.
Forever grateful,
A husband, father, and thankful family
Every one was soo nice and compassionate especially nurse Felicia … thank you for y’all’s care and bed side manner. Never have I had a kidney stone but I difently recommend yall for quick care .
This was the most pleasant and attentive ER visit we've ever had in 50 yrs. We realize we were there at odd hours (midnight - 2pm) but nonetheless, we were taken immediately to an intake room by a very polite, smiling, caring aid He was a delight. He took all of my husband's information and we were moved into a room with a bed where all tests were taken, and the primary nurse, William, was full of energy, happiness, and was such a pleasant character. He was "on the ball" and wasted no time doing his job. Dr. Quach was very assiduous. Remarkable staff, all of them!
I have, been to the Methodist Clear Lake ED several times and have had several procedures there, as well. I have even been admitted for a couple of recent illnesses. I have always been treated with respect and real concern for my health. I feel very safe there and have confidence that I have had the best care. I try to stay within the Methodist system for all my health needs.
I went to this Hospital to the emergency room and immediately they took care of me, the ER nurse and the Doctor were very efficient. They did not waist time; they put their hands to work to help me with my medical issue. these people are amazing. May God bless them
Malcom at Houston Methodist Nuclear Medicine provided exceptional care and professionalism throughout my visit. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the experience comfortable and stress-free. His compassion and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Malcom, for your outstanding service!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate the kind words and five-star review for our team.
Place saved my life the first time. The second time by the time they wanted to discharge me they were doing shift change and I woke up in withdraw ( I was in there for withdraw) and the nurse or whoever this sweet angel was came and and said honey do you feel okay? I already knew I looked bad and I asked "why do I look terrible" she frowned and nodded her head and I felt like everyone was kinda just tired of me so I said no Ivr been here for 8 hours if they were gonna do anything they would have. To be fair though there's way more to the story but I was in there again after discharge maybe 3 hours later then admitted. I know it's extremely frustrating dealing with someone with addiction problems. I'm 26 Methodist tells me I DONT have cirrohsis and Harris Health tells me I DO SO I DONT KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE. I DO HAVE EROSIVE GASTRITIS FOR SURE. For the life of me I couldn't stop drinking because it was the only thing that made the pain go away till it didn't. By their protocol they aren't gonna give you morphine and 2 or 3 mg of a benzo because that quite a bit for a person but with my tolerance from being in and out of ers hydrocodone doesn't touch my pain, 1mg of Ativan doesn't take away the panic either so now it looks like I'm drug seeking. This has been the only hospital that I felt that half-ass gave a damn.
