Highly recommend John Eagle Honda of Houston! I did my entire lease deal over the phone while moving from New Jersey to Texas. Kathy Nguyen helped us with our new 2026 Honda Pilot purchase. We were looking for a very specific color and interior in the Elite trim and John Eagle had the only one we could find in Houston. We called ahead and Kathy had the car ready for us when we arrived with only 12 miles on it. She was very friendly and made the sales process mostly easy for this being a car dealer. The dealer added some packages before we got there that I wasn’t expecting that increased the price quite a bit but Kathy took her time to explain these to us and worked with us to agree on a drive out price we were comfortable with. Financing was mostly easy although expect the usual upsell here as with any dealer. We added the HondaCare warranty and windshield protection which made sense considering we plan on keeping this car for at least 10 years. We’re very happy with our new Pilot and are continuously finding new features we did not know about. I feel confident that this will be a comfortable, safe and reliable car for my wife to drive for a long time.

We originally came in just looking at options. We looked into a used car, but the price just didn’t seem right for a used vehicle. Nelson stepped in and really helped us out. He made sure we were comfortable with what we wanted and understood exactly what we were looking for. He knew right away that the first vehicle we saw — a 2018 used Honda — wasn’t convincing for us.

We ended up leaving to go look at a 2026 Kia Carnival, but while we were on the way, Nelson called us about a vehicle he said would be perfect for our family. He asked all the right questions to help find the right fit for us.

He ended up finding us a 2026 Honda Odyssey, which was actually a vehicle we had in mind but weren’t sure we could afford. Nelson made everything smooth and much less stressful. He was such a big help throughout the whole process.

I would absolutely recommend Nelson to anyone looking for a vehicle. Me and my family are so happy and enjoying our new vehicle.
