This store has some of the best employees I have encountered in Houston. Today I went to this location to get some parts and both employees were very helpful. I noticed the store was very clean and well stocked with merchandise which I love to see the store organized. Heraldo was helpful getting my parts meanwhile Fernada was helping me with my business account. This is exactly how teamwork makes the dream work. I frequently visit parts stores and have had some really poor experiences in the past with other locations but this one is quick , fast & friendly. I did take the time to read the other reviews which there are a few 1 star reviews. However after reading them the person wasn't communicating well through text so I can only imagine how they acted over the phone. I doubt it was a legitimate complaint. I know what I experienced today & I'm sure glad that I went to this location. If your in the area stop in and see for yourself. I appreciate the service. I just thought their boss might want to know they did an excellent job of representing O'Reilly.

I went to AutoZone and when I left I was in tears because they weren't helpful and I didn't know what to do. I go to O'Reilly and CYNTHIA was working. Even though they didn't have the part (I have to order it online), she was more than willing to tell me what it was I was looking for and where I could buy it. The difference in customer service was night and day. TY

The manager was very helpful with informing me on what exact parts I needed for my front hub assembly repairs and made sure I didn't make a rookie mistake of buying stuff I didn't need.

The guy that works in this O'Reilly's was super helpful. He explained every item that I needed, what it was for and why I was getting. It told me what I didn't need and if I had a problem to come back. They are great. I will always go back to this place.

Crazy how much service varies one street apart. Came to O’reily after checking in with auto one across the street. I’m so glad I did! The service at O’reily was amazing. Ross was so helpful and even helped with changing out the battery! Great people at Orileys.

My experience at this O’Reilly was so great! Everyone greeted me with a smile. Ross was really helpful and super kind. They really made me feel welcomed and even changed the battery for me right then and there, when other competitors across the street declined. Thanks again Ross!!
