We purchased a vehicle through Ron. Although we are happy with the car itself, the condition it was delivered in was unacceptable. The interior was visibly dirty, had stains, and even contained personal items left behind, making it clear the vehicle was not properly detailed prior to delivery. Which he said was and the stains happened on the delivery truck.
When we addressed this, Ron stated he would only cover $100 because it “shouldn’t cost more than that.” After contacting multiple detailers, the lowest price we were able to obtain (even with a discount) was $145. We informed him of this and were told to “just send me a receipt.”The total came to $155 including tax. After we paid out of pocket to correct an issue that should have been handled before the vehicle ever left the dealership, Ron then stated he would only reimburse $145, refusing to cover the full amount. He also went as far as bringing up the cost of shipping our Jeep back to them, which felt unnecessary and inappropriate given the situation.After informing him that we were done communicating directly and would be escalating the matter to his higher-ups, he then stated his boss agreed to send the full $155.Although the issue was ultimately resolved, the way it was handled made what should have been an exciting experience leave a sour taste in our mouths. We would not recommend working with Ron

My experience with this dealer was top tier!!! I was over 2000 miles away and I did everything virtual. With so much fraud, I was hesitant, but Mike assisted me and was super helpful. He shipped my vehicle from Texas to Va and it was a smooth transition. I would definitely buy here.

Dealing with Ronell Ram and Motor Trends of Houston was nothing but a huge headache and a waste of time. Ronell lied about the condition of the vehicle stating that it was perfect and had no imperfections on a car that had 1,000 miles. When we arrived, we found out that the whole side of the car had been keyed and had multiple damages. The photos online showed the good side only. None of this was stated upfront as we would have never stepped foot in here. I would never purchase from this dealership as they will lie to get you into the door in hopes that you will purchase any way.

Buying a vehicle is usually a nightmare. I hate haggling with sales people, worse the finance team, and I can't stand high pressure sales. Motor Trends of Houston is none of that. The experience was terrific. Quite frankly, this is the most informal vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Texted to make sure the car was still available and recieved a timely response. Arrived and briefly discussed with Ronell what my intentions were. No sales tactics for the test drive, provided my documentation and handed me the keys. Took a quick test drive and by the time I returned they had a fair price for my trade in (and accepted my counter); again, without any sales tactics. No pressure for any add-ons, extended warranties, or anything else. In and out in about 1 - 1.5 hours. Would recommend to anyone and will return in the future.

What an amazing experience! I ordered my favorite car on the planet a Heritage edition GT500! I’ve never ordered out of state so I was pretty damn nervous. These guys are top notch! Answered every question and made me feel comfortable enough to spend a lot $$$. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again! Thank you Mike you’re the man! Here’s my car below at STK in Salt Lake City! She’s beautiful!

Purchased a 2022 Mustang Cobra GT500 in Oct. 2025. Mike M. and the team made the purchase extremely easy and seamless especially for an out-of-state buyer.

I live in Florida and was looking for a GT500 near my location. I didn’t find one that I wanted so I decided to do a nationwide search. I found the car I wanted at Motor Trends of Houston. I was very leery about buying a car out of state because there is a lot of money involved. After talking to Mike I knew this was no shady car dealer. Mike was very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The communication from start to end was excellent. The car was delivered in an enclosed trailer and was exactly what I purchased. The transportation service they used also kept me informed about the delivery.

We have sold and purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was the most pleasant and simple experience we have had yet. Highly recommend. They weren’t pushy, just very black and white, got it done and had the trade done and vehicles swapped the next day and we live 4 hours away. They delivered the new car and picked up the trade literally in less than 24 hours from stepping foot through the door on a Saturday before a holiday week. Above and beyond! Thanks! Where do I start? If you are impulsive like me to buy a vehicle, cross-country without seeing it then look no further seriously. I found a 2018 Range Rover Sport R-Dynamic 5.0 V8 Supercharged at Motor Trends of Houston. I spoke with Mike who was straightforward and to the point. I explained I lived 1,767 miles away in upstate NY and he reassured me he could get it delivered right to my front lawn. Almost felt too good to be true talk about Amazon Prime!! haha

I received the Range 9 days later right to my city Mike kept me updated every step of the way and even sent me pictures of it being loaded on the truck. Unfortunately, I received the vehicle drove it for a day and it began to overheat. Talk about panic attacks. I called Mike and explained what happened and the Owner called me the next day! Garrick Hatfield is a man of his word. He had the Range transported to the nearest Land Rover dealership, which is 2 hours away. Long story short he handled business with them and a stressful coolant issue that was VERY PRICEY along with a few minor things were covered stress-free on my end. Garrick apologized for not having my SUV for almost 2 weeks and paid for a full vehicle wash and shampoo of my choice for the inconvenience.

I got my mustang GT premium today so quick and easy . I just call and meet mike he’s the best seller i ever seen in my life. He’s professional, understanding, helpful, respectful and answer , help all my questions. Just call him yesterday and today I finally got my dream car here . Also financial man his name is Michael he’s really good as well he’s help my interest rate real good at this point. Highly recommend buy car here . Thanks mike and michael . Love you guys
