The OT and PT staff are what made the stay beneficial. The doctors are above par as well. Nursing is a mixed bag, but most were caring and professional. In nursing, Beyoncé, Lois, and the entire CNA staff were very good. The food was not fresh or appetizing. We spent unexpected money for delivery as the food was often not edible. Even the boiled eggs and cut fruit were stale. This is inexcusable and needs to be addressed, as nutrition is an essential part of recovery.

Being here was good although I was in isolation the nurses made the stay comfortable. And two ( Tonya and Rafael) of the therapist were helpful giving me information

There was also two bad apples in group but other than that it was good.

Rehab was great! Of course it is all about what you put into it, but they know how to get good results. All of the staff in PTand OT are awesome.Big shout out to Mod. They are all very professional and highly skilled.

I would say about 95% of the staff (nurses, aids and management were really nice) I absolutely loved Biance and Shiawn (not sure I spelled that correctly). The one thing that I have to say is that the charge nurses and the Physical Therapy doctor could have more humanity and listen to the patient when they tell you about what your needs are. A patient should be able to feel heard with it becoming defensive.
The beds are very uncomfortable, thank God it is a short stay. The food leaves a lot to be desired.

Very positive experience. Staff, therapist & support personnel are incredibly supportive & kind. Driver Spencer is the kindest & most compassionate person. Staff physician Dr Rosenblatt is the best.
