Went here earlier this week very sick and the staff was extremely compassionate and helpful. Very impressed with this ER visit, uncommon to have warm bedside care and helped heal me! Highly recommend over any other ER in the area. Thank you Patients!

This is just about the best little ER to go to. Every single nurse and doctor here are so kind and genuinely care about their patients. I refuse to go somewhere else when I'm not feeling well. The wait is never long, I'm always met with compassion and kindness, and I truly feel seen here instead of just another person to be dealt with! I will always come here if sick.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received at Patients ER this past week. I was treated for rhinovirus and bronchospasms, experiencing shortness of breath, wheezing, and overall discomfort. From the moment I arrived, the level of care I received exceeded my expectations.

The front desk staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The environmental services team was equally thoughtful, offering kind words and helping me feel comfortable and well cared for.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the exceptional medical team who provided attentive and compassionate care: Dr. Frybarger; Richard, NP; Ashley R., RN; Kayleigh N., EMT; Crystal C.,RN; Adrianna; Jose P., EMT; Chrystal R., RN; Sonia O., RN; Nacole M., RN; Dr. Garza; Luis P., RN; Erica B., RN; Autumn D., RN; Dana P., PEMT; and David S., EMT.

Additionally, I would like to recognize Dr. Muppidi, cardiologist, for his professionalism and for taking the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and concerns.

Overall, the entire Patients ER team demonstrated a consistent commitment to treating every patient with respect, compassion, and individualized care. Their dedication to being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, does not go unnoticed.

I came for a miscarriage scare. Everyone from the front self to the guy pushing the linen carts were just the most kind people I’ve ever encountered in an ER. I can’t thank this staff enough for their care and consideration. Dr.Shorts has the most calming and helpful bedside manner ever! Bless this crew! I just can’t say enough good things!

I had a very good experience here. Check in was quick, told them my symptoms. They ran some test, came back positive for the flu. Gave me an IV with steroids and liquids and even something for the nausea. Sent the prescription over quickly and I was good to go! Highly recommend this hospital.
