From the moment I walked into Patients ER in Baytown, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Jaiden and Johana at the front desk were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. 🙌

The nurses were attentive, caring, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The doctor took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.

The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized. You can really tell this team cares about their patients.

If you ever need urgent medical care in Baytown, I highly recommend Patients ER. Great staff, fast service, and top-notch care! 🏥💙

Was highly dissatisfied. Went about a year ago for food poisoning and the provider refused to believe i had food poisoning and was insistent that I had a stomach bug. Was referred to patients again yesterday for my daughter, wait time was VERY long but under stand the time of year etc. When we were finally called back we spent approximately 10 to 20 minutes before ever being seen, then the provider only listen to half of the information. Was told ivs and nausea medicine was being ordered....30 minutes went by before I followed up at the nurses station. One of the nurses tone was rude and uncalled for when he let me know the order was just put in. My daughter has now thrown up again and is so dehydrated they had a hard time sticking the iv. Absolutely ridiculous and the worse experience I've had there. Also, they sent my daughters prescription to the wrong pharmacy after confirming where I wanted her prescription to go.

This was my 4th visit, 2 times as an obs. Service has always been exceptional. However, a little disappointed in this visit. I went in with horrible neck shoulder and left arm pain. After having this pain for 2 days, I couldn’t stand it in longer. Went in with a pain level 9/10 and left the same way. Checked in at 9:30, finally received some meds at 10:45 and discharged at 11. It was only muscle spasms, but no one cared how much pain I was in. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time. I left in the same amount of pain that I came in with.

Came here Saturday night for a second opinion after visiting another ER, and I’m so glad I did! The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, and the whole place was clean, calm, and beautifully designed. I loved the little touches like the coffee and Frappuccino machine and it even smelled amazing inside.

The doctor really listened to my concerns about my eye and immediately recognized it was more than just pink eye. He explained that I had a small cut on my cornea where the light enters. He prescribed the right medicine and stronger pain meds, and even gave me drops to hold me over until I could pick up my prescription the next morning. I slept like a baby that night!
Overall, my experience was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future emergencies.

450 bucks for bag o cheez it's, and warm bottle water. Advised im in need of medical attention. Was told on phone. Dont come here, we are too expensive. The price went up 3 x's, as the conversation went on. Just wanted to see a doctor. Dont go to this zoo. Geeezzz

This place has literally saved my life numerous times. They always treat me with respect and start working on everything immediately. I had gone to San Jac ER in baytown (I have congestive heart failure btw) very sick. Oxygen extremely low. Chest pain. Vomiting. Sweating. They checked my vitals and sat me in the hallway and said it would be a few HOURS. Thankfully my husband came back in and when he saw I was still just sitting there he carried me to our truck and brought me to Patients. They told me if II had waited any longer I'd likely be dead. I thank God for this place constantly. They do what they need to do while still being nice and making sure you're comfortable and ok.

Was called back within minutes of check-in. Started all kinds of testing. Received my diagnosis and would have to stay overnight. The hospital room had all the personal items needed to be comfortable. They provided excellent service. Would definitely choose them again.

Amazing facility and medical staff! Caring, loving, knowledgeable with kids and a team that goes above and beyond for their Patients. A team that truly care for us. 2nd time coming here and we had Gage both times as pur nurse. He is AMAZING! My daughter feels so comfortable and the I.V "didn't even hurt"

I had a wonderful experience at Patients ER. I earned myself an overnight stay and was offered comfy pajamas upon admission to my room. Nurse Stacy was amazing over night and Nurse Destiny was amazing during the day! I felt so comfortable during my stay and everyone was so attentive, even the doctors and nurse practitioners!
