Great customer service when buying from them vary rude when trying to make a return

According to our understanding, before she sold you the parts, she used computer cross references system and matched the old air bag you provided with the new air bag, make sure they’re right parts you need .Because there was a discount for buying two, she sold you two air bags per your request. The next day you returned one, and she gave you a full refund without charging any restocking fees (according to company policy, there is a 15% restocking fee). Maybe because Saturday was busy, many customers lined up and waited, there was negligence in service, we will improve it. But there was nothing wrong with her work, and she has tried her best to help you.

The lady on the phone had no idea what i was talking about , i asked her about door hinge and she kept asking me about engine lol 😂
I wonder how much Business they loose just because someone can’t understand the customer

They did't pay me back my deposit, They supposed to send me a check but after 1 year I leave there they never send me a check. I called them 100 times and gave them my addres but still wating for my deposit back. be careful, dont trust anybody there. by the way this parking lot is not a safe to park with cargo.
