Dr GALLA made a hospital visit to my husband, who is in the hospital at Methodist, Willowbrook this week,, and exaggerated his diagnosis and was very alarmist in her attitude. Not what a doctor should be, especially to someone in the hospital with a heart condition. Not sure where she learned her bedside manner, but it definitely needs improvement!

I really liked Dr. Hussain. He is kind, compassionate and a wonderful doctor. I'd still be using him except for Anna in his office. She is rude and argumentative. I just don't want to deal with her again. I don't need to be treated like that.

Quality doctors, absolutely negligent third-party hiring practices. Call at 5:49 p.m. yesterday trying to call back a nurse and leave a message. Some African-American young woman answered the phone clearly not interested in doing her job because whenever I asked her to leave a message for me for the nurse to call back, she kindly explained to me that the office was closed and that she would not be doing any such thing. She then hung up on me whenever I asked her why she picked up the phone if she wasn't going to do her job. I then called back 12 times each time she answered the phone and then hung up immediately. On the 13th call I explained to her that I'd be filing a complaint with a supervisor and that's when she indefinitely placed me on hold with no intention of answering it again. I hung up and then confirmed my hypothesis by the fact that she just refused to pick up the phone any further. I did not curse at her. I only wanted to leave a message letting the nurse know that my grandfather doesn't need to reschedule his appointment because he's freaking DEAD.
So yeah thanks but no thanks. Hold your hirelings accountable for their actions.

This office is so far behind the times. They do not use the patient portal at all, or hand you any summary at the end of your visit. They ordered two test (on paper) and called us to find out when and where they were done so they could ask for the results. When asked if they wanted me to print them out from the portal they said yes that would be great. Sorry but this is a little too behind times for me.

This place is a joke. My first visit they were all over the place, it took 3 people to check me in. After my visit they wrote up lab work and put multiple of the same tests on there (Lab corp had a good laugh at them for that). Then on my second visit after receiving multiple reminders via text messages and email I walk in to find I don't have an appointment because they couldn't find it. Waste of my time, NEVER coming back here. I recommend you don't either. I would give no stars if that was an option.
