Stayed here for a few days solo and it was great! Extremely spacious & clean for being an older building. The bathroom is just slightly dated, but also very spacious and everything was clean. The staff are also very kind :) I do wish there were more walkable food options in the area, but other than that I highly recommend staying here!

Great staff, killer location, massive apartment-style rooms great for longer stays and bigger groups sizes. Rooms are very run down, though, and need a facelift. Sound from other rooms will travel in the night.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The photos on Airbnb were misleading — the place was much darker than advertised and felt dirty. The walls were paper thin, so noise was a constant issue. There was also no running hot water during our stay. Customer service was responsive, which I appreciate, but we ultimately had to leave and book another hotel. I would not stay here again.

Stayed at this location two nights. I never stay in a Days Inn but the reviews were good. This was the cleanest hotel! Spacious room and bathroom! Free hot breakfast! Free airport shuttle! Staff was fabulous! This location makes me want to try other locations.

Modifying my review. I use to prefer to stay here whenever in Houston, however, since January they have stopped refunding deposits at checkout despite there being no damage nor smoking. I hope you enjoyed the $300+ because I won't be staying here anymore.
Quality has also declined. Most of the rooms smell like mold due to the leaking refrigerators.

Great place to stay when attending a concert at 713 music Hall. Room was fully stocked & clean & all the staff I talked to were super knowledgeable and accommodating.

This location is super convenient! If you’re in room 702 for New Years, you can see the fireworks from your window & it saved us the hassle of having to stand outside to see them. The rooms were very nice & clean. There are definitely some “step ups” that’ll get you entering the room & going in & out of the bathrooms, but we loved the decorations. The only HUGE con is the walls are made out of sandpaper. We were woken up at 2am, 6am & 8am to our neighbors hootin & hollering. The man was definitely doing his thing, but it was SO loud. You would’ve definitely thought they were in the room with us having …. Adult time. Needless to say, great location & rooms. Definitely need thicker walls.

The kindest staff!! Plus the rooms are some of the best I have ever had. It felt like a swanky apartment in the center of the city. We went on a walking tour downtown to see all the art and a few great places to drink / eat. We were so conveniently located that our tour guide met us across the street in Market Square. Everything was close and walkable. WOW I will definitely be coming back here.

I love this place! Safe area, Clean, Awesome coffee, but most importantly I suffer from neck back pain , I slept AMAZING! The staff is awesome. Just a great place at a good price! I would recommend.
