The front desk, nurse and doctor did a great job. My nurse was awesome. He was very attentive and caring while I was in pain. I so appreciated that.

Very friendly and hospital front desk and doctors. They took great care of me on 3/16 at 8:41 pm which was close to closing time. I was diagnosed with influenza and got a prescription and doctors note. There was a bit of a discrepancy on the doctors note and when I asked about it they were able to correct it quickly and with great hospitality. Coming from the hospitality industry I have to say that they have great service, a great attitude, and exceptional follow through. I highly recommend.

Dr Jorge was amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly. Had to take my Fiance for a severe bladder infection and they assured her everything was going to be taken care of and listened to her concerns. I would recommend them 10/10!!

I would recommend this place for everyone. The people there did a awesome job. From the time I walked in until I left the treatment I needed and was given was top treatment and they answered all my questions. So yes I was very happy with customer service from the front desk people to nurse assistant,then to the doctor that saw me .

I went in due to a lingering cough, I struggle with anxiety when going to doctors offices. The nurses and doctor put me at ease, they were so kind and understanding. I was prescribed medication and given a shot and felt very taken care of. My husband has also had good visits to this location. Highly recommend, the staff is wonderful!

My child came for stitches last October and we were instructed to return 1 week later to remove them. We had an extremely long wait time and the staff seemed way more concerned with getting my co-pay even though I was a return patient an in their system. The level of care was lackluster but the doctor was great once we were finally able to be seen.
Upon our return I was told there would be $30 fee to remove the stitches. Unbeknownst to me they filed a separate claim to my insurance for another urgent care visit. I was told today (in March) I have a balance for my co-pay ($20, my co-pay is $50). A few issues…I had stitches myself at this location and my return visit was free. I figure a few things changed with their fee structure but it absolutely wasn’t a second visit. Instead of taking accountability for the miscommunication, I kept being told it was my insurance.
I called my Aetna One Advocate and she agreed with my concerns. Luckily it’s not a big amount…I paid it, but the principle of the matter. I could have scheduled a doctor’s visit closer to my house and paid $25 to get the stitches removed. I absolutely wouldn’t have gone out of my way and paid double had this been communicated. They claim we had an “urgent care visit” because they took her vitals…which leads me to believe they did unnecessary services to trigger an urgent care appointment instead of just taking the stitches out. This feels like egregious billing, and there were many service errors from then to date. I will never go to them again after this exchange.

Everyone was great! Front desk was quick to get me in and answer any questions. They provided me an estimate for my exam with insurance before being taken back and then were quick to get me seen for my minor issue. The RN/MA had great bedside manner and was informative about next steps. Dr. Valencia was kind, quick, and helpful!

I saw Dr Valencia. I have had a cough, runny nose and then stuffy nose. He was very thorough and asked a lot of questions in an effort to determine what might be wrong.
This is my second time using Excel. I have been very pleased with my care there.

I was welcomed and treated very well when I arrived to the facility. When I saw the doctor he was very friendly and kind. He actually listened to me and understood what I needed to get better. Unfortunately, I was so dehydrated that my veins kept blowing so I was unable to receive fluids. Tracy was very kind, friendly, helpful as well as informative about the clinic and how I could come back once I was a little less dehydrated to get IV fluids. At first, I was a little apprehensive about going to the urgent care. When I called earlier in the day, whomever answered the phone was a tad rude to which before I could ask another question she had hung up on me. The fact I was not feeling well at all was the only reason I went, otherwise I would have waited to see my PCP the next day. At the end she did not matter to me only getting better. I would definitely recommend others to Excel Urgent Care even if she was rude because the rest of the staff made up for it.
