I have been going to the same Dr for the past 13 yrs and feeling unheard and not having my medical needs met. Decided to try coming here instead and had a great experience! Dr. Temi was so nice, patient, and listened to my needs. I can’t explain what a relief that is! Now I just get to go home and get better!

This urgent care was quick, friendly, and addressed all of my concerns. Destiny was the one who did my vitals and she was currently training at this location. She was so sweet and personable. The doctor was thorough and direct but personable. I would definitely recommend this location.

Brought my son in and was very pleased with his care everyone was very friendly but Andrea went above and beyond she was amazing my son is usually very nervous at any doctors visits but she made sure he felt comfortable and made our visit go very smoothly. We need more healthcare workers like her!

I had an excellent experience, thanks to Andrea. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and handled everything with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciated her compassion and dedication.

Not crowded when I arrived ,however, took time to complete history forms- luckily my daughter was with me as I’d sliced my hand. Was seen and treated quickly. Only complaint was being called “ sweetie” more than once by the MA I assume). Otherwise she was caring and professional. Patients have names or ma’am we aren’t one’s dear, sweetie or honey. In hindsight I should have corrected her but I did not. Hopefully admin will see this and educate their staff.

The staff were polite and professional. I was seen quickly. The clinic was very clean. However there was some type of air freshener with a very strong fragrance near the check in area. It was so strong I could barely breathe. Air fragrances are toxic.

Excellent Experience at Excel Urgent Care!
I had a great experience at Excel Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. The facility was also very clean and well-organized. I really appreciate the level of care and efficiency here — I’ll definitely return if I ever need urgent care again. Highly recommend!

If you’re being forced to have hair taken just so you can see your kids, this place will treat you like a human being, even when the court won’t. Excel staff treated me with dignity & respect, made me laugh, and are one of the only testing centers that did NOT make me bleed—yes bloodied by a Bic razor is the norm—while collecting the hair sample. I’m deeply grateful for this professional & humanizing experience from your staff, amidst my otherwise dehumanizing treatment from others. This meant so much in a difficult time, thank you.

Really great place. I am a Veteran and they took care of my broken toe completely for free. They said the VA would pay them for me and they took great care of me. Really do thank the whole team there today. especially the lady that took my x-ray! Thank you all. The Doctor was also cool calm and great!
